Alcest’s 7th album is called « Les Chants de l’Aurore » and will be released on the 21st of June on Nuclear Blast. Today we are happy to show you the album cover art, which has been made by the talented French artist Yoann Lossel. It's an oil painting re-interpreting the classic Art nouveau piece « The Spirit of the Plains » by Sydney Long, one of my favorite paintings of all time. Je dois dire que je suis plutôt content de ce qu'ils proposent. L'arrivée chez Nuclear Blast m'avait fait un peu peur mais là ces deux titres sont vraiment cools et inspirés.
