Ce groupe de très bon death mélodique va sortir son troisième album le 15 aout. Intitulé "Reptile Ride", il sortira chez Spikefarm Records/

Bien classe ce nouveau titre, Amoral avec du chant heavy ça le fait !!!

J'ai les deux précédents albums, Reptile Ride est bien excellent ! Varié, mélodique, technique quand il faut et surpuissant... dommage que je les aie loupés sur scène, mais en même temps j'ai hâte de voir ce que les vieux titres vont donner avec le nouveau chanteur !
Je suis juste dégoûté, leur nouveau morceau a le même titre que la dernière compo que j'ai écrite pour Lethal Mind, va falloir changer du coup

Selon Blabbermouth, les finnois d'Amoral rentreraient en studios pour enregistrer le prochain album. J'avais beaucoup aimé le précédent, à voir si ils arrivent à réitérer l'affaire.

"If Not Here, Where?", a brand new song from Finnish metallers AMORAL, can be streamed below. The track comes off the band's upcoming album "Fallen Leaves & Dead Sparrows", which will be released in early 2014.

"'Fallen Leaves & Dead Sparrows' is a concept album, and 'If Not Here, Where?' sits right in the middle of the album and the story, marking a turning point in the protagonist's journey," says Ben Varon, guitarist and main songwriter of AMORAL.

"We wanted the first taster to really represent the whole album. Also, 'If Not Here, Where?' being such a massive chunk of music, almost like two songs in one, it will take some time for listeners to digest it all, and hopefully this track will keep people occupied until we leak out another song."

AMORAL's fifth album, "Beneath", entered the official chart in Finland at position No. 30. Released on October 26, 2011, the CD came equipped with a stunning 18-page poster booklet (made by Spanish artist Marta Nael), expanding the cover artwork into all its glory.

Ils ont ré-intégré leur ancien chanteur tout en gardant l'actuel, ils sont désormais 6 avec 3 guitaristes, puisque le premier cité tient aussi une guitare.

Et ils travaillent sur un nouvel album prévu pour début 2016.

Le groupe va s'arrêter début 2017.

The Finnish band Amoral are set to call it a day in early 2017 after their final show, scheduled for January 5th at Tavastia in Helsinki. Before this they will set up an "old school shows" tour in the fall, playing songs off the first three albums as a five-piece without Ari Koivunen.

Here is the full announcement by the band: "It is with heavy hearts that we announce that we've decided to disband Amoral. This was not an easy decision, as this band has been such a huge part of our lives (in the case of Ben and Juhana, for about 19 years!), but yet it felt like it was time. Constantly conflicting schedules and a fading interest in touring in some members have made the band run at half-speed. Amoral is not a 'half-speed' band. It's all or nothing. And, to be honest, the idea of starting something brand new after all this time has become very appealing.

"Last December we sat down to discuss this, and decided to go on for one more year, until the beginning of 2017. After all, we still had our 7th album In Sequence, to put out and promote. We wanted to give the album the attention it deserved, but also to play together for a while longer. There are no hard feelings here. No 'musical differences'. This is simply about different people wanting different things at this point of their lives.

"But: we still have a couple of very cool things to come. First of all, this autumn we'll be kicking it old school with a few shows in Finland as a five-piece, with Niko on vocals, playing material from the first three, 'Niko-era' Amoral albums only! This is gonna be a real blast from the past: no keyboards. No clean vocals. Only tight, angry techno thrash like it's 2007 all over again! This is gonna be a lot of fun, and something that hasn't been seen or heard in a LONG while.

"And once the year is up, it's time to end this journey with a big party. Amoral's final show will take place at Tavastia, Helsinki on January 5th 2017. This event is not to be missed: we'll be covering our entire discography, and have our ex-members joining us onstage one last time. For sure this will be one bittersweet night to remember.

"We want to thank our family, friends and fans for the support throughout the years. Especially the amazing Amoral Street Team, who have tirelessly helped the band along the way with their hard work. Thank you! It's been quite the ride. Seven studio albums, hundreds of shows all around the world, and so many good memories. We wouldn't trade it for anything."
