Ouaip Juan Garcia parle de leurs allez-retours en studio pour l'album en question depuis quelques temps sur fesse bouc, je reste assez dubitatif pour le coup, je sais pas ce que ça donnera au final mais je suis pas fan du morceau en question du tout...

D'accord avec toi. Encore un groupe qui gagnerait probablement à faire plus de tournées avant de pondre un album qui risque fort de décevoir.

Les thrashers enregistrent leur premier méfait depuis deux decennies:

Reunited Los Angeles thrashers EVILDEAD have recorded and released their first studio track in over two decades. Entitled "Blasphemy Divine", it was produced by George Pajon and is available for free download at this location. It can also be streamed using the SoundCloud player below.

EVILDEAD is in talks with SPV/Steamhammer Records about having the band's entire back catalog reissued, including "Annihilation Of Civilization", "The Underworld" and the classic "Rise Above" EP.

EVILDEAD is writing material for a brand new album. The group's current lineup includes original members Juan Garcia (guitar; AGENT STEEL), Mel Sanchez (bass; ABATTOIR), Albert Gonzales (lead guitar; EVILDEAD, DEATH), Rob Alaniz (drums; NOCTUARY, WINTERTHRALL), and new vocalist Steve Nelson (WINTERTHRALL, NOCTUARY).

Tu as recherché quoi comme mot clef? Si tu as cherché "evildead" tout attaché, au lieu de "evil dead", dans ce cas ça peut s'expliquer.

Tu peux faire une recherche partielle, avec l’astérisque : evil*

Pour Leather oui je ne crois pas qu'il y ait déjà un sujet.

EvilDead c'est mort... y'aura pas de nouvel album mais un nouveau groupe:

Due to personal differences within the band, EVILDEAD have decided to go into permanent hiatus and disband at this time. The band has canceled plans to record any new material for a studio album and there are no scheduled live shows. We thank all the fans, journalists, promoters and supporters worldwide, this has not been an easy decision to make for us who worked hard to rebuild and regain our loyal fan base. We will keep our Facebook fan page active and also our official website: http://www.evildeadofficial.com.

Former EVILDEAD members Albert Gonzales, Rob Alaniz, Steve Nelson and Joseph D'Anda have launched a new band called FAEOST. According to a press release, the new group "blends the guitar pyrotechnics and brutally catchy riffs of Albert Gonzales and Joseph D'Anda. Joseph was in fact the original second guitarist in EVILDEAD in the pre-demo days of 1987, and was the obvious choice for this new project. He makes his return to the fold with what can only be described as a darker, EVILer Dead. The band is completed by Rob Alaniz and Steve Nelson, drums and bass/lead vocals, respectively, and intend to carry the EVILDEAD torch by performing classic tunes from the 1989 'Annihilation Of Civilization' album, meanwhile honoring Rob and Albert's days in their former 1990s cult death metal band RISE. Expect No limits, or compromise. Pure, honest, brutal death thrash will be in store for the masses."

FAEOST is currently working on 10 new songs that would have seen the light of day under the former EVILDEAD moniker, were it not for the sudden, lapse of communication and overall personal differences within the band.

For booking information, please refer to the EVILDEAD Facebook page as it shall be used not only to honor the fans new and old who have stuck with the band, but also to remind that despite all, FAEOST plans on carrying on in the spirit of EVILDEAD, but with a much heavier and focused attack.

quel intérêt de changer de nom si c'est pour faire du Evildead,une question de droits peut être ?

Juan Garcia ne fait pas partie du nouveau groupe.

parce que ce n'est pas le depart d'un membre qui provoque un changement de nom.j'ose pas imaginer le chaos...

Je ne sais pas, mais on peut au moins présupposer que les autres ne sont plus en bons termes avec Garcia.

On dirait qu'ils se sont rabibochés :

Thrashers Evildead (featuring members of Agent Steel and Abattoir) posted a picture on their Facebook page of guitarists Juan Garcia and Albert Gonzales jamming together, with the caption reading "It's happening". This indicates that the band has started working on what will be their first full-length studio album since 1991's The Underworld.

When the new Evildead album will be released is unknown, but the band recently stated that they will support it with a tour that will take place next year.

Evil dead c est de la seconde voir 3eme division .Ce n est pas mauvais ni extraordinaire juste dans la moyenne.

Je suis pas trop d'accord, ils ont un son bien à eux, hyper agressif je trouve et c'est tant mieux !
Groupe un peu sous estimé à mon avis mais bon
En tout cas je suis très content qu'ils reprennent le fil de l'histoire
J'espère juste que c'est pas trop tard pour eux
Super pochette en tout cas !

Leurs 2 vieux albums sont très cools dans le genre seconds couteaux par contre l'extrait du nouveau est très moyen.
