J'aime bien le groupe mais là j'avoue que je suis fort sceptique quand à la qualité de l'ensemble...

Vu cette news intriguante, j'ai écouté ce Killection auquel je suis passé complètement à côté (parce que Lordi, depuis Hard Rock Hallelujah...), bon bah raté, je trouvé ça vraiment faiblard. Alors 7 albums comme ça...

Mais qu'est - ce que c'est que c'est que ça ? Ça n'a de Lordi que le nom pour moi ! C'est plutôt marrant mais fort déçu quand même. Pour l'analogie je dirais plutôt Night Flight Orchestra.

C'est un single issu de leur album disco, les 6 autres albums auront une orientation différente. Mais bon ça confirme mes craintes, je trouve ça très mauvais, pas inspiré et pas original. De toute façon pour moi Lordi n'a jamais confirmé après l'eurovision, je salue leur abnégation mais artistiquement ils n'ont pas/plus le niveau auquel ils prétendent.

Ils ont oublié l'album de Doom!

J'ai survolé les 7 albums et je dois dire que c'est pas mal du tout, très surpris par la qualité des titres, je vais prendre le temps sur chaque album.

C'est pas mal, mais ça manque un peu de puissance dans la prod. Néanmoins ils arrivent à faire mieux qu'un Ministry des dernières productions. Oui je sais, c'est pas bien difficile.

Lordi is a Finnish heavy metal band formed in 1992 by the band's vocalist, songwriter and costume-maker, Mr. Lordi (Tomi Petteri Putaansuu). In addition to their melodic metal music, Lordi are also known for wearing monster masks and using various horror elements with pyrotechnics during their concerts and in music videos. The band famously won the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with their subsequent worldwide hit song, "Hard Rock Hallelujah".

Lordi has been touring and recording actively since 2002, and Mr. Lordi himself upgrades the band's costumes and masks for each album. The band has gone through several lineup changes with Mr. Lordi being the only consistent member of the band since their foundation. The band is touring throughout Europe right now.

"Reel Monsters" is a track that Lordi recorded in 2022 for the soundtrack to the official Lordi online slot game of the same name. The song has also been released as a very limited edition 7″ vinyl single, pressed in two different colours of vinyl and in a series of collectable artwork variations.
