ça serait une déchirure musculaire en fait, et il va finir la tournée quand même :

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx has posted the following message in his online diary:

"During 'Live Wire' last night Vince's [Neil, vocals] left leg completely gave out. He said it felt like a snap or he had been hit was something extremely heavy in the calf. It was right before intermission and after we finished the song without him, we went backstage where he was surrounded by paramedics. They said he probably tore something in his calf and he needed to go to the hospital right away. He wanted to go back onstage, but to be honest, he couldn't even stand. Finally he was rushed to the hospital and the report is that he did tear the muscle, but it's not as bad as it could be. He will be able to perform but can't really jump around until it heals... Usually these type of injuries take up to six weeks to heal so he's very lucky.

"We have a day off today and tomorrow is a show in Memphis, then another day off. So that leaves him more time offstage than usual. We honor the tickets for the show in Atlanta.

"Vince feels horrible, and he wanted to finish the show but I think it's better he didn't in the big picture.

"From all four of us, we're very sorry and will be back to Atlanta. No shows will be cancelled."

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx has told Doug Podell of Detroit's WRIF 101.1 FM that the band will commence the songwriting/demoing process for their new studio album on May 1, 2006. Joining the group for the new album sessions will be producer Bob Rock, who previously worked with MÖTLEY CRÜE on their "Dr. Feelgood" and self-titled albums, as well as the three new tracks that appeared on CRÜE's two-CD "greatest hits" collection, "Red, White & Crüe", which came out in early February.

Il a fait du bon boulot, surtout sur "Motley Crue"

On parle souvent de sa prod du Black album, mais je préfère celle de "Motley Crue". Le son de batterie est terrible (et avec Tommy Lee, pas besoin de faire des centaines de prises et de les éditer pour avoir une prise correcte !)
Par contre je trouve, même si ça colle à l'album, que "Doctor Feelgood" est un tantinet surproduit.
Donc ce serait pas trop mal si Bob Rock continuait sur la même lancée qu'avec Metallica (mais en bien quoi

), c'est à dire un son plus cru pour le nouvel album de Motley, genre un son à la "Shout", mais en mieux. Enfin si les compos suivent aussi.

Mick Mars est tombé de scène suite à une fan un peu trop téméraire pour avoir son médiator, il est allé à l'hosto mais apparemment il va mieux :

After "Anarchy" Tommy and Vince (Neil) gave out bottles of champagne while Nikki doused fans and hard working web guys with buckets of fake blood. Mick (Mars) however was pulled off stage by a fan and was rushed back stage for medical attention. We caught up with Mick about an hour after the show and he said that he was doing well. Motley.com has passed an email to Mick letting him know that many Shouters where very concerned and that they are happy to hear that he's doing well."

MÖTLEY CRÜE guitarist Mick Mars has issued a statement in response to fan concens about his well-being following reports that he was pulled off stage by a fan at the conclusion of the band's New Year's Eve concert in Detroit and had to rushed backstage for medical attention. His statement reads as follows:

"I'm fine, I am undamaged. I had a great time, and to the girl that pulled me in, I am not upset with her or mad. I hope she got my pick. See ya'll next time. Thanks for a very memorable New Year's evening."

Yep !

Je l'ai depuis la fin decembre, c'est un double dvd avec un packaging superbe,et le DVD est, a ma grande surprise une merveille !
le son,le show et le setlist.

Je vais faire une kro soon...

et bien il y aurait apparemment en 2006 une tournée AEROSMITH/MOTLEY CRUE

ça y'a de bonnes chances qu'on voit ça, y'a de l'argent à prendre pour G Drouot prod

une affiche pareil ça rempli largement le Zénith voire même bercy non ?

Mouais ... Aerosmith n'a plus le succès qu'il avait en France et Motley Crue n'en parlons même pas.

Un Bercy me paraît impossible, peut être un Zenith. Mais à mon avis cette tournée ne passera pas par la France

je ne l'ai pas vu mais y'a une excellente chronique du dvd dans rock hard il dise qu'il est genial par contre pour le moment dispo qu'en zone 1

Y'en a un autre ? parce que je sais plus là... à priori y'en avait deux cette année, un bon et un pourri ??? lequel ?
