Oui j'aime beaucoup. Il y a 2 concerts avec une set list différente+tous les clips. (rhaaa je kiffe le clip de Shut your mouth). C'est sobre et il y a tous les classiques du groupe. Mais bon je ne suis pas objective quand on parle de Tägtgren.

PAIN: New Album To Feature Guest Appearances By MOTÖRHEAD, IN FLAMES, CHILDREN OF BODOM Members - Feb. 23, 2007

PAIN, the Swedish band led by HYPOCRISY mastermind Peter Tägtgren, has set "Psalms of Extinction" as the title of its fifth full-length album, due in the Nordic countries on April 18 via Roadrunner Records (May 7 in the rest of Europe). Guest musicians on the album include Mikkey Dee (MOTÖRHEAD, ex-DON DOKKEN, KING DIAMOND) on "Zombie Slam" (audio), CHILDREN OF BODOM frontman Alexi Laiho on the epic song "Just Think Again" (playing lead guitar), and Anders Iwers (IN FLAMES) on two songs (playing bass). A video for the song "Zombie Slam" will be shot in Los Angeles by Ralf Strathmann late February. Ralf previously worked as a director for artists like CHILDREN OF BODOM, APOCALYPTICA and SOILWORK. He is also a photographer for such bands as H.I.M., AEROSMITH and BLINK 182, to name but a few. According to a press release, the upcoming CD will feature sharper production, "heavier guitars, massive string movements and even more in-your-face vocals."

Appelez cela comme vous voudrez, mais Pain semble être placé sous une mauvaise étoile ces derniers jours. Après s'être fait agresser, voilà que le groupe subit un autre incident facheux. Mais d'abord, les explications de l'agression, datant du 23 Février :

Sorry for taking so long with the updates, but we had a little "accident" and had to cancel tonights show in Leipzig. We arrived here yesterday and 3 of us spent the evening of our day off at some local bars. When we had enough we walked out on the street to find a taxi back to the bus and 3 assholes decided to kick us down and hit me in the head with a wine bottle. Some guy who recognised us helped us in his car to a nearby hospital. Peter's got a really black eye and was given 10 stitches on his cheek. I have a concussion, 8 stitches on the side of my head & glas in my hands. Johan has a broken nose and bruses all over. We're really sorry for canceling tonights show but it just wasn't possible. We're gonna do our best to get back in the sadle again and continue the tour without further interuption. Everything taste better with blood in your mouth.

Maintenant, le nouvel incident, plutôt facheux, même s'il ne concerne pas la santé physique du groupe :

Here we go again. We left Frankfurt around noon today cause we had to wait for a new driver first. The new driver arrived and our 200 kilometer journey towards Bamberg began. After two houres of driving with only 20 minutes to go we got pulled over by the police who ordered us out of the bus & had us sit in a line at the sidewalk. They searched us one by one & had us remove socks and shoes for about 40 minutes while they searched the whole bus and turned all of our bags upside down. When they were finished they came out with a camera case and asked us who it belonged to. It contained a small plastic bag with a suspicious white powder and was owned by our new driver who of course claimed he never seen it before. Well... to make a long story short we're stuck somewhere on autobahn without a driver, it's pitch black & raining outside. We're trying to enjoy our selfes watching Terror on Elmstree on a laptop eating cold canfood with piss warm red wine. Another day off well spent. Everything taste better with Freddy Krueger.

début des hostilités avec Tätgren qui lors d'un day off, en sortant d'un bar la nuit à la recherche d'un taxi, s'est fait agressé par une bande d'abrutis et s'est retrouvé à l'hosto, frappé par une bouteille de vin! Un autre membre du groupe, Johan, a eu le nez cassé... Ils furent emmenés en voiture à l'hopital par un gars les ayant reconnus...
deuxième couac avec le bus du groupe qui a été longuement immobilisé sur une aire d'autoroute, fouillé par la police; celle ci ayant trouvé un petit sachet de poudre blanche appartenant au chauffeur... Le groupe nous épargne des détails cependant...
Sacrées galères... . En même temps quelle idée de tourner en première partie de Nightwish??? Bon, ils jouent devant des salles pleines et semblent être ravis du déroulement de la tournée, hormis les incidents évoqués évidemment...

En gros:
1er incident: les 3 membres se sont fait péter la tronche par des mecs dans la rue à Leipzig ioù ils devaient jouer le soir même. Ils ont été assez sérieusement tabassés, car il y a un nez cassés, du verre planté dans les mains, un coup de bouteille sur la tronche et des points de suture ça et là. Les membres du groupe ont été secourus par des mecs qui les ont reconnus et emmenés à l'hosto.

2ème incident: bus arrêté sur l'autoroute, les membres du groupe fouillé (chaussettes comprises), bus retourné de fond en comble, et à l'arrivéé un sachet avec de la poudre blanche trouvé (appartenant au chauffeur du bus apparemment). Du coup, plus de bus pour le groupe.

J'ai peut être fait des erreurs, car je n'ai lu l'info qu'une fois et j'ai la flemme de relire

En tout cas, c'est une tournée rock'n roll (enfin quand même)

Je suis content de les avoir vus en entier en octobre dernier

Donc, ils se sont pris des pains dans la gueule et on a trouvé de la farine type 55 (pour faire du pain) dans les affaires du chauffeur de bus.

Et Peter Tas de graines va l'utiliser pour faire un pain multi-céréales.



Sérieux, j'espère que le mauvais sort va arrêter de s'acharner contre eux, s'ils portent trop la poisse, Tuomas les voudra pas pour jouer en 1ère partie de Night quiche !! (De la quiche et du bon pain, .....huuummm ! )

Recording the new PAIN album!

Hello friends!
I just came back from 4 really intensive days at The Abyss in the middle of nowhere in Sweden. I'm really exhausted but also very happy with the result and that all the hard work seem to have payed off.

The first day was spent on setting up the kit, miking it up and checking the sound. After that we managed to record one song before we decided to start fresh the next day. Day two we recorded 6 songs including a really fast industrial and dark song which I'm sure some of you will raise your eyebrows to Day three we recorded another 4 songs and started on the fifth and last one but decided to start fresh the next day. The last day we nailed the last song and made some additional video shoots for the forthcoming studio diary. I also recorded a special greeting for all our French fans.

I'm really exited in finding out what the final result will sound like, and I'm sure you are as well. My impressions so far is that the new album will without doubt be the hardest and strongest PAIN album ever. It has two really fast songs, one with really dark goth/death/industrial vibes, and one which is even more evil (I haven't heard the lyrics yet). It has one really catchy heavy rock'n'roll song with a kind of AC/DC / old Accept kind of feeling and a 7 minutes long really slow and heavy creation with a kind of Tiamat feeling to it. We also recorded a song that I gave the work name "Same Old Song part 2" which is going to be a blockbuster. I haven't heard all the songs with lyrics yet and I'm not sure how much I'm aloud to reveal (I might have said to much already), but as you may notice I find it hard not to positive about this next release. The album doesn't include a single weak track.

I practiced a lot to get in shape for this recording and it's a weird feeling to hear the result with live drums on it. PAIN has evolved to a more complex kind of evil creature that breaths hot steam and growls at you My performance on the new album has influences (which I think can be heard by any experienced drummer) from (among others) Scott Travis (especially the "Painkiller" album), Daniel Erlandsson (Arch Enemy), and Mikkey Dee. But of course mostly by my self, and it's a really good feeling to finally have made a permanent mark on a PAIN production. Even thou I've participated on all live releases and on a couple of songs on the last album, this is a big difference for me.

Industrial metal icons PAIN just announced two exclusive shows in their home country Sweden: The band will perform 3 songs (of which one will be from the upcoming album) at the popular Bandit Awards Gala in Stockholm. PAIN have also been confirmed for up and coming summer festival RockStad Falun on June 3-4, 2011, which will be the bands only festival appearance in Sweden in 2011!

Aujourd'hui j'ai eu l'occasion d'écouter plusieurs fois l'album, et je dois dire que certaines chansons sont vraiment très bonnes, rapides et tout, mais il y en a qui m'ont moins marqué (j'étais loin d'être à fond dans l'écoute).

La chanson 1 m'a beaucoup plu!
La chanson 2 m'a paru être une chanson qui essaye d'être lente et mélancolique mais sans trop de succès.

Et le reste j'ai pas suivi l'ordre et j'ai pas de titres.

En tout cas j'ai hate d'être à la tournée!
