Je crois que tu n'as bien saisi le sens général de ma phrase.Je soulignais juste que Faith No More a toujours fait ce qu'il voulait,alternant tous les styles du prodigieux The Real Thing en passant par le sous-estimé et dément Angel Dust jusqu'au dernier ou il y encore de sacrés bons morceaux.Je trouve ce groupe sincère,ultra talentueux et echapant aux regles classiques du metal business.J'espere que Extreme de son côté après sa reformation ne va pas finir comme eux.

je n'y comprends plus rien. Ils avaient fait le dernier concert de leur tournée de reformation en décembre 2010 au Chili.
Et voilà qu'ils sont annoncés en novembre 2011 à Sao Paulo au Brésil !

Mike Patton répète que le groupe n'enregistrera pas de nouvel album (sous-entendu sans s'interdire des concerts) :
FAITH NO MORE singer Mike Patton confirmed to RollingStone.com that the reactivated influential '90s alt-metal act will play on the final day of this year's edition of the SWU Music and Arts Festival in Paulínia, São Paulo, Brazil, the band's first show since a successful reunion tour last year. "Other than that, we don't have plans for a new recording or anything like that, we're just taking it slow as it comes," Patton said.
"Reunions can be done very distastefully I think, and we were all very worried about that," he added. "But I think we were all very surprised with how good it felt. It's a tired old script: band splits up, gets hard up for cash, goes on tour and records a shitty record. We don't want to be part of that kind of history."

Reactivated influential alt-metal act FAITH NO MORE has hinted at the possibility of new music 17 years after the release of the band's last LP, "Album Of The Year".
The group, which made a comeback in June 2009 with a headlining performance at the Brixton Academy in London, England and has played sporadic shows for the past few years, has just launched a new Twitter account and one of the first posts reads as follows: "The reunion thing was fun, but now it's time to get a little creative."

FAITH NO MORE, who reunited in 2009 for a series of sold-out performances and international festivals, is currently recording their first full-length album since 1997's "Album Of The Year".
A limited-edition (5000 copies) seven-inch single of the song "Motherfucker" will precede the April 2015 release, available via Record Store Day's "Black Friday" event (November 28). The single will be released digitally on December 9.
"We've always shared a chemistry between ourselves that’s unique to this band, but these past few years of touring together have made us aware that we not only play better as a unit, but we like the new stuff we’re coming up with," explained FAITH NO MORE founder and bass player Bill Gould. "So we've decided: we're going to get busy in 2015… make an album we're proud of, kick things up a notch, get out there and perform it and maybe even dedicate a little more focus to our fans in the States this time."
The as-yet-untitled album is being recorded in an Oakland, California studio with Gould handling production. The release will be the first from FAITH NO MORE's newly formed imprint Reclamation Recordings, which will be distributed by Ipecac Recordings.
