Je me répond à moi même, suite à différents problème avec la Poste, l'option "cash on delivery" n'existe plus sur Metaltix. ça fait chier mais je leur donne pas tort, l'année dernière ce con de facteur m'ayant délivré la place sans rien me demander...pour se rendre compte de sa bourde un peu plus tard!!!

Apparemment, c'est un groupe qui joue que de l'instrumental avec diffusion de videos gore à gogo, une bande-son live en fait...à voir peut-être...
Dream of an Opium Eater is a special collaboration created by invitation for Roskilde Festival 2007.
For one hour on the evening of 07.07.07, a collection of horror films was accompanied by original musical score of an unsettling and epic nature.
A SECOND SHOW HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED AT CARLING LEEDS FESTIVAL UK, THURS 23RD AUGUST AT 10.30pm
Back in the old days, a pianist usually accompanied screenings of silent films. With Dream of an Opium Eater, a handful of ace metal musicians carry on this tradition. They play intense metal to a number of horror short films projected on a screen above them. In this way, they will bathe all ears and eyes in icy horror and fright.
The musicians are Ben Calvert from Killing Joke, Ivar S. Peersen from Enslaved, Reuben Gotto from Twin Zero / Johnny Truant and Julia Ruzicka from Million Dead. Last year, the latter joined in on a metallic accompaniment to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, so the surreal and disturbing images on the screen are very likely to find a parallel in the guitar-borne nightmare from the speakers.

L'affiche reste très bonne, mais j'espère qu'ils ne vont pas continuer avec ces groupes de seconde zone, je sais pas pour vous mais perso des groupes comme Saltatio mortis, Krypteria ou Dream of machin, j'en ai rien à péter, et je considère qu'ils prennent la place d'un groupe que je pourrais apprécier.
Enfin, on verra, il reste tant de jours et tant de groupes à confirmer (Lordi? Nightwish?).

British death metal veterans BOLT THROWER have posted the following message on their official web site:
"As most of you probably know, BOLT THROWER don't like to play festivals, but as a lot of you want to see us playing festivals, we try and play at least one festival a year. After receiving numerous offers, we now have to choose which festival to play next summer, and would like you to help us decide.
"As BOLT THROWER are not financially driven, the fee is pretty irrelevant, as is whether we play to 1,000 people or 100,000. Our main requirement would be to have our usual merchandise / meet and greet booth, with no price restrictions.
"Wacken Open Air festival have asked us again to play next summer, and the date would fit in with the gap in our planned recording and mixing schedule for next year. A lot of you have asked us to play Wacken over the years, and a lot of you have advised us not to play it, for various reasons.
"So now, we would like you to help us decide by taking part in the following poll.
"Poll: Would you like to see BOLT THROWER play the Wacken Open Air festival?
"We'd really like to hear your opinions, so please vote on our official site"

KMI Entertainment and ICS Concerts are pleased to announce Kamelot for Wacken 2008. This will be an exclusive German Festival appearance for 2008!
Kamelot are busy working on a special edition live CD, new songwriting and also preparing for the upcoming Headliner European tour and eventual North American Tour for 2008.

Ah, enfin, OBITUARY+CARCASS+ AT THE GATES, rien que ça ça vaut le déplacement.
Alors si on rajoute le spirit of Wacken, Maiden, Hatebreed, Bodom plus le reste de l'affiche, bordel que ce Wacken 2008 va être exceptionel...

suite à la consultation via leur site web, pas de Bolt Thrower au Wacken, ils préfère choisir un fest plus underground...
après le Summerbreeze l'an passé, le Hellfest ça le ferait bien enfin là où ailleurs, pourvu que ce soit un fest où je puisse aller

Thanks a lot to the 17,484 people who voted in the poll, it was very much appreciated!
As you know, this time we decided not to decline the Wacken Open Air offer as usual, but to have a poll and hear your views on it firsthand, before making our decision. Obviously we realised that a lot of people who would be voting would not necessarily be into Bolt Thrower, but we were very interested in the comments you would send. In the end we received hundreds of comments, and the huge majority confirmed what we were already thinking, that WOA 2008 is not the right festival for Bolt Thrower.
We would like to thank the WOA organisers for their very unique offer and wish them every success, and for those of you going to WOA 2008, and who voted in favour of us playing there, we hope you have a great weekend.
We will soon be deciding and confirming which festival Bolt Thrower will be playing next summer.
