Je suis curieux d'écouter l'inédit "Upon The Wings Of Fate" par contre.

Neudi: "After Crystal Logic is out as a double CD since some weeks (getting brilliant reviews!), people are asking how it will go on. Oooookeeeyyy.....the next one will be Metal and Invasion as a double CD. CD 1 will contain both LPs (remastered as good as possible), CD 2 will again contain bonus stuff from the old days (including one unreleased song) and a recent live-recording of an Invasion-song. All in all pretty much in the vein of the Crystal Logic reissue. The masters and the print-stuff is already on the table of Golden Core/ZYX.
I have already done OPEN THE GATES and the remaster is a killer! Mark has already chosen another unreleased bonus song (from the Rick Fisher days again).
I am starting working on THE DELUGE right now and here we will have 2 bonus tracks in 2 versions....makes 4 bonus tracks. Be surprised, real fans will love it!
Please note that these CD-Reissues on ZXY are for the European market only. You might need to check import companies or mailorders in your country to get these "definitive editions" that will be released through 2014."

La ré-édition de "Mystification" arrive :
Shadow Kingdom Records has announced the latest in a string of brilliant MANILLA ROAD reissues with the Wichita, Kansas band's sixth album, Mystification.

Manilla Road's official sixth full-length is the last of what many longtime fans consider as their most classic period. Albums Crystal Logic, Open The Gates, The Deluge and Mystification are considered by many to be the bands best years. Even though they're one of the very few long time running heavy metal bands that are still putting out great records, those four albums are the golden years.

Mystification marks Manilla Road's first foray into the realm of thrash metal. The band has played with faster tempos on previous album, but this is a record that delivers an intensity comparable to early SLAYER. Manilla Road mainman Mark Shelton proves himself to be one of heavy metal's most skilled songwriters with this flawless mix of classic and thrash metal. This reissue is noteworthy for being the first edition of Mystification to be released on CD in the original song order along with the original mixing and mastering. This will be a huge treat for fans that have never heard the album this way because the re-issue done in the year 2000, was mixed and mastered differently along with the track order switched around. You'll finally be able to hear the way it was originally was back in 1987.

“Queen of the Black Coast” et “Cage of Mirrors”

US heavy/power metallers Manilla Road have recently checked in with an update regarding their next studio album. Just one year after the latest opus Mysterium has been released, the band is ready to release its follow-up, scheduled for an early 2015 release. In addition, the band is also re-releasing its fourth studio effort entitled Open The Gates, released almost 30 years ago.

The band released the following statement: "A little update for you! The new album is now mixed and mastered, the front cover painting is also done. Next step will be the booklet and then we can give everything to our record company. Everybody involved in Manilla Road is agreeing that the new album is another step forward after Mysterium, also soundwise. The music itself? 100% Manilla Road. And there will be a big surprise too.... That's all for now."

"The Open The Gates re-release is ready too - remastered, added bonus songs, 90% of the booklet... Now the digipak needs to be designed and we can give this one to our record company too."

"Half-Bootleg. Released by the Greek magazine Metal Invader in 1999 with the authorization of the then record label Black Dragon, but without the permission and even knowledge of the band. These seven tracks along with 3 others were recorded in 1981, but not released, because the band was unhappy with the performance and recording. All of those 10 tracks were later in 2002 officially released as "Mark of the Beast" by Monster Records from the original master tapes and with the permission of the band."
