Enfin bon ce sera toujours mieux que les originales!

Disons que "i'm a marionette" se trouve dans l'album et "waiting for the night" dans l'édition japonaise. Il manquait plus que "here come the sun" pour complétait le tout. Ceci dit je ne sais pas si ce EP est une édition cd ou vinyl, ou les 2.

t'ain par curiosité j'ai voulu vérifier et je m'y attendais mais qu'est ce que je la trouve nulle cette cover du morceau de Roky Erickson... c'est pompeux et aseptisé

bon c'est pas évident de reprendre un morceau de ce type tant sa voix est inimitable mais là c'est bien raté.

Certes, mais déjà j'ai pas l'édition japonaise. Et puis je dis ça c'est surtout car je connais pas ou j'aime pas les originales!

Intéressant avec ce groupe qui devient populaire, et donc ça permet aux nouveaux d’acquérir le dernier album avec leur EP de reprises! Je trouve l'idée plutôt bonne pour une fois.

On peut le voir comme ça pour ce qui est du travail en studio mais en live, la dimension est toute autre. C'est d'ailleurs l'intérêt du groupe. Pris dans l'ambiance du show, tu ne te poses pas la question.

Je confirme les paroles de fab. Et ce qui m'a le plus impressionné c'est que même en plein jour c'est excellent!

Mais bon, j'te souhaite tout de même de les voir en pleine nuit.

Swedish occult rockers GHOST were honored with the P3 Guld award (for their criticially acclaimed "Infestissumam" release) from Swedish radio station P3 in the "Best Rock/Metal Album Of The Year" category. The winners were announced earlier tonight (Saturday, January 18) during a live awards ceremony broadcast from the Scandinavium in Gothenburg, Sweden.

"Best Rock/Metal Album Of The Year" nominees were as follows:

* WATAIN - "The Wild Hunt"

Le groupe a remporté le Swedish Grammis Awards sans trop de surpise :

Swedish occult rockers GHOST were honored in the "Best Hard Rock/Metal" category at the Swedish Grammis awards (Swedish Grammy equivalent), which was held last night (Wednesday, February 19) at Cirkus in Stockholm. The bands were all nominated for their most recent releases, all of which came out during 2013.

"Best Hard Rock/Metal" nominees were as follows:

Le groupe envisagerait de changer de Papa Emeritus...

Mysterious Swedish outfit Ghost are preparing to replace frontman Papa Emeritus II, claims one of the Nameless Ghouls.

And he alleges they're considering a collaboration with bearded drag act and Eurovision Song Contest winner Conchita Wurst.

The original lead character was exchanged ahead of the launch of second album Infestissumam, launched last year – although it's widely believed the same person remained under a new outfit.

Last night an unidentified band member told TeamRock at Sonisphere Finland: "There will definitely be a third; we're looking into the options right now. We're trying to work out who's the best candidate.

"Number II is a real asshole so we're looking for someone with a different approach to things. He still has to be an entertainer, but we're narrowing down the contenders."

On a more serious note, the Ghoul said some groundwork has been done on their next studio project. "We have some track title figures out, and we know the album title too, as well as thematically where we're heading.

"Expect some more obscure covers – obviously that's become part of our schtick. We've decided which ones already too."

And he joked: "Perhaps something collaborative with Conchita Wurst might be interesting. It's not like you'd notice her beard, being cloaked and all!"
