"Your soul belong to Jesus but your ass belong to me"

"Kill a man you're a murderer.
Kill many, you're a conqueror.
Kill them all... You're a God".

The death of one is a tragedy, the death of a million is just a statistic (repris par Marilyn manson dans Fight Song).

Aeronth a écrit :Knights of the Cross, de GRAVE DIGGER.

(Verse 3) Knights, in the name of God,
Stab women and men
Burning, raping, eating human flesh
Satanic bloodlust in their eyes
The first crusade is won
The knights realize too late
Their ankles are covered with Christian blood...

Délicieusement cynique. :D

Lone Sloane a écrit : "lay down your soul to the god's rock'n'roll"
Un peu comme le "The Gods you worship are Steel, at the altar of rock n' roll you kneel." de W.A.S.P. dans "Hellion" sur le premier album :bang: :bang: :bang:

Le refrain de "Knights of the cross" de Grave Digger:
"In the name of God they kill
In the name of God they rape
Blood leads to glory for God's sake
Knights! Knights of the cross!
MURDER! MURDER!
Fight to defend Jerusalem
From the unholy devils"

"I have lost the will to live
Simply nothing more to give
There is nothing more fore me
I need the hand to set me free"

Toujours de Metallica, "Ride the lightning":
"Who made you God to say
I'll take your life from you"

Encore Metallica, "One":
"I can't remeber anything
Can't tell if it's true or dream"
et surtout
"Darkness imprisoning me
All I can see: absolute horror
I cannot live, I cannot die"

Encore et toujours Metallica, "Welcome home":
"Fear of living on
Natives getting restless now
Mutiny in the air
Got some death to do
Mirror stares back hard
Kill it's such a friendly word
Seems the only way for reaching out again"

Lacrimosa, "Alleine zu zweit":
"Tanz, mein Liebe tanz
Tanz mit mir noch einmal"

Rammstein, "Mein Herz brennt":
"Nun liebe Kinder
Gibt fein Acht
Ich bin die Stimme aus der Kisse"

Blind Guardian, "Script for my requiem":
"Still I hear the screams of thousands
CRUCIFIED! CRUCIFIED!
Take it all: our blood, our gold, our wives
but we didn't kill your Christ
Save us from the evil one
Enslave us and make us our God's sacrifice"

"I'm waiting in my cold cell
when the bell begins to chime
Reflecting on my past life
And it doesn't have much time"

Helloween, "How many tears":
"A lot of things occur each day
We've got to live with our own way
There's so much misery on the screen
With commercials in between"

Dark Tranquillity, "Therein":
"I was solid yet ever changing
I was diferent yet the same
So I starve myself for energy"

...

The message from hell and its spell
Even Satan wears leather, our souls to it forever
So let us pray our rules tonight"

BLACK SABBATH, Heaven And Hell :
"They say that life's a carousel
Spinning fast, you've got to ride it well
The world is full of Kings and Queens
Who blind your eyes and steal your dreams
It's Heaven and Hell, oh well
And they'll tell you black is really white
The moon is just the sun at night
And when you walk in golden halls
You get to keep the gold that falls
It's Heaven and Hell, oh no!
Fool, fool!
You've got to bleed for the dancer !
Fool, fool!
Look for the answer!
Fool, fool, fool !"

Et l'album Knights of the Cross dans l'ensemble, a des textes qui marquent.

Remember well my friend a warlord never cries
These are the words that I have heard inside my mind
When Ragnarok comes down we'll all run out of time"

MANILLA ROAD-Dreams of Eschaton.

"Desecrate...mutilate...the beast of a lesser god
Copulate...with the dead...animal lying in the street
Sickness swells...within his soul...to consume the flattened beast
Antichrist...fuck you all...the fucked shall inherit the earth"

Sands are flowing and the lines are in your hand
In your eyes I see the hunger
And the desperate cry that tears the night

--> "who will trade his karma for my kingdom
a sacrificial rite to render truth
the fire in my soul rejects my wisdom
cause all you do in life comes back to you"

:yeah:

Powertrip:
"I'm never gonna work another day in my life
The gods told me to relax
They said I'm gonna be fixed up right
I'm never gonna work another day in my life
I'm way too busy powertripping
But I'm gonna shed you some light"

Melt:
"Wakin' up, I watch another sun go down
Another day spent underground
In my world of pills
And I was thinkin' how the world should have cried
On the day Jack Kirby died
I wonder if I'm ill"

Kiss of the Scorpion:
"You'll swim in the sweat of a million orgies
You'll live in the fire of a sweetest hell
And bear your soul to the rays of a mortal sun
And give your lips to the kiss of the scorpion"

tout est là: Sex, Drugs and Rock'n'Roll !

Un exemple à ne pas suivre, assurement...

Sometimes I sit and wonder, and sometimes I just sit...

It's the same in every country
When you say you're leaving
Left behind the loved ones
Waiting silent in the hall
Where you're going lies adventure
others only dream of
Red and green light this is real
and so you go to war

For the passion, for the glory
For the memories, for the money
You're a soldier, for your country
What's the difference, all the same

Far away from the land of our birth
We fly a flag in some foreign earth
We sailed away like our fathers before
These colours don't run, from a cold bloody war

Here is no one that will save you
Going down in flames
No surrender certain death
You look it in the eye
On the shores of tyranny you

Crashed the human wave
Paying for my freedom with your
Lonely unmarked graves

For the passion, for the glory
For the memories, for the money
You're a soldier, for your country
What's the difference, all the same

Far away from the land of our birth
We fly a flag in some foreign earth
We sailed away like our fathers before
These colours don't run, from a cold bloody war

Generals gathered in their masses
Just like witches at black masses
Evil minds that plot destruction
Sorcerers of death's construction
In the fields the bodies burning
As the war machine keeps turning
Death and hatred to mankind
poisoning their brainwashed minds

ou

Dying world of radiation,
Victims of man's frustration
Burning globe of obscene fire
Like electric funeral pyre
Buildings crashing down
To Earth's cracking ground
Rivers turn to mud
Eyes melt into blood

ou

What you gonna do
Time's caught up with you
Now you wait your turn
You know there's no return
Change your empty rules
You join the other fools
Turn to something new
Now it's killing you
First it was the bomb, Vietnam napalm
Disillusioning, you push the needle in
From life you escape, reality's black drape
Colours in your mind satisfy your time

We each pay a fabulous price
For our visions of paradise
But a spirit with a vision is a dream
With a mission

The sport is war, total war
When victory's a massacre

War Ensemble, Seasons In The Abyss

Blood's cheap, it's everywhere.
Mandatory suicide, massacre on the front line.

Mandatory Suicide, South Of Heaven

"Every Day Is Exactly The Same"

I believe I can see the future
Cause I repeat the same routine
I think I used to have a purpose
But then again
That might have been a dream
I think I used to have a voice
Now I never make a sound
I just do what I've been told
I really don't want them to come around

Oh, no

[Chorus:]
Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same

WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN de Journey (le refrain) :
When you learn to lose
You'll know what it takes to win
Wanna go the distance
With a hunger that never ends
When you want to prove
You're the best that's ever been
They can knock you down
You're on your feet again
'Cause you know what it takes
What it takes to win
