Ce n'est pas une réédition de Edge of Sanity mais de l'album solo Moontower de Dan Swano... qui s'en rapproche quand même un peu, en plus progressif et moins metal.
L'album a eu très bonne presse en 1999.

As part of the “Fourth Chapter” of the comprehensive catalogue reissue campaign for Dan Swanö fronted death metallers Edge Of Sanity and prog/hard rock outfit Nightingale, the time is now also come to reissue a definitive version of the first solo by the Swedish vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and acclaimed metal producer (Opeth, Katatonia, Dissection).

Originally released in 1999 to much acclaim due to its stylistically ground-breaking keyboard-oriented, atmospheric and ‘70s rock inspired death metal, Moontower (Reissue) will be out on March 6, 2026 via Century Media Records and InsideOutMusic worldwide.

Next to a careful full remastering treatment by Dan Swanö himself, Moontower (Reissue) comes with plenty of bonus material (several demos and two cover versions) in the following formats:

– Ltd. Deluxe 2CD Jewelcase in O-Card (Incl. the original 8 tracks / 43 min. on 1st disc and 16 bonus tracks / 71 min. on 2nd disc)
– Transparent light blue vinyl LP (180g, 8 tracks)
– Digital Album (Remaster, 8 tracks)

Note: The ground-breaking first (and only) Dan Swanö solo album from 1999.
