Ils se prennent vraiment pas pour de la merde.

Tous les 6 mois maintenant ils annoncent un compte à rebours d'un mois pour annoncer 3 pauvres dates à Los Angeles.

Des news de Vince Neil ( ça doit être Sixx qui lui a demandé de dire une connerie qui leur permettrait de remplir Las Vegas):

Vince Neil is seriously considering leaving Mötley Crüe.

Talking to the Las Vegas Sun, the frontman admitted that he might well depart the band after their Vegas residency at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel from February 3-19.

Neil revealed:

“This is all about me thinking about the second half of my life, thinking about my future, and that future might not include Mötley Crüe after Vegas. There are so many opportunities that are in front of me that I’m really excited about. I just don’t want to look back later in life and regret that I didn’t pursue them.”

He added:

“I’m just not sure I can give these opportunities the time and effort I’ll need to and continue with the band. It’s been a great ride, and I’ve enjoyed every second of it, but being out here relaxing in this beautiful place has given me the chance to reflect on what direction I want the rest of my life to take. I’m really giving it a lot of thought.”

J'avais entendu parler d'une tournée européenne avec 2/3 dates en France. Quelqu'un a des news à ce sujet ?

Il est probable qu'ils fassent une tournée en Europe.
Il serait question de 2 ou 3 dates en France.

Tommy Lee avait dit la même chose il y a un an ou deux, or il n'en a rien été. Pour moi c'est 100% coup de pub histoire de garder son nom dans l'actualité. Ça me semblera sérieux le jour où le groupe ne rapportera plus un kopek.

De source sûre, ils vont hypothétiquement faire 3 dates françaises dans le meilleur des cas (mais 2 dont une en province ca serait déjà bien), profitant d'une tournée européenne. Un truc de ouf

Non non, c'est des fausses rumeurs, totalement infondées. Par contre, je sais de sources proches du dossier qu'ils vont tourner eu Europe en 2012, du coup il feraient 3 concerts en France.

Nikki Sixx: "I think you’ll get a different answer from everybody in the band, that’s what I love about our band; it’s like four different personalities. But in my opinion, I feel Mötley Crüe is built to insult you. We’re here to assault you. I’m not interested in snuggling and a kiss. I just want to get right to fuckin’. And it’s, like, Sixx:AM is seductive, sexually charged, beautiful evening out under the moon that ends up making love. Fortunately in a grave yard.

Mötley Crüe, it’s just like fucking a nasty stripper that’s probably gonna give you a disease. And I’m proud of that. I don’t want us to be tame; I don’t ever want us to be rightable. The things that we do and say. And our lyrics, it amazes me to this day that they will play ‘Shout at the Devil’ on radio. It says ‘I’ll be the love in your eyes; I’ll be the blood between your thighs.’ I’m like, ‘Are you sure you’re listening to the lyrics?’ We’re not BON JOVI. Jeb: A lot of fans worry about you because of your health issues. Are you able to survive a tour?

Mick Mars: "The thing is, as always, that I am able to keep touring. It is one of those things that I call an inconvenience. Of course I have days that are worse than others and there is always some amount of pain with my hips. There are good days and bad days but it is more of an inconvenience than anything else. I don’t feel sick. There are a lot of people that go around that suffer from this type of thing (Ankylosing Spondylitis) and they go to their doctor and he tells them that they will be in a wheelchair. My advice to them is to go to another doctor because he is wrong. There are some things about this thing that I’ve got that are not so cool, but there is one thing that is cool – I ended up bent. I can always see my guitar. If I’d been straight then I would not be able to see myself play (laughter)."

Nouveau single annoncé.

Earlier in the year, MÖTLEY CRÜE entered drummer Tommy Lee's studio called The Atrium in Calabasas, California to begin recording a new song, "Sex", that will be released to coincide with the band's upcoming summer co-headlining tour with KISS.

Written when the band was together during their residency in Las Vegas last February, "Sex" is the first studio track from the CRÜE since their June 2008 release of "Saints Of Los Angeles".

"Sex" will debut on Friday, July 13 on SiriusXM and be available on Tuesday, July 17 — three days before the tour begins.

Speaking to VH1 Radio Network's Dave Basner in March, MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist and main songwriter Nikki Sixx stated about the band's new track, "It sounds very much like it's off of the first record [1981's 'Too Fast For Love']. And that was definitely on purpose. I've been writing very simple riffs for the last year and focusing on how these riffs would work for Vince [Neil, vocals], basically, and took it in the studio with Tommy and Mick [Mars, guitar] and the thing just came alive."

D'après Tommy Lee, il n'est pas sûr que ce single apparaisse sur un nouvel album.

Fuse: Any chance your new 'Sex' single is going to end up on a new Crüe album?

Lee: "Well, you know, I guess you never really know. It was one of those where we wanted to have something new out there for the summer and it's really killer. And it's the first time we’ve ever given anything away as a free download. It’s a gift! It's some summer fun from us, you know?"
