Les étiquettes du Metal revisitées par l'histoire à la con du dragon et de la princesse, c'est pas ultime mais la définition du prog m'a fait marrer


HEAVY METAL:
The protagonist arrives on a Harley Davidson, kills the dragon, drinks some beers and fucks the princess.

GRIND METAL:
The protagonist arrives, screams something completely undecipherable for about 2 minutes and then leaves...

POWER METAL:
The protagonist arrives riding a white unicorn, escapes from the dragon, saves the princess and they make love in an enchanted forest.

THRASH METAL:
The protagonist arrives, fights the dragon, saves the princess and fucks her....... easy and quick.

DEATH METAL:
The protagonist arrives, kills the dragon, fucks the princess and kills her, then leaves.

BLACK METAL:
The protagonist arrives at midnight, kills the dragon and impales it in the front of the castle.....then sodomizes the princess, drinks her blood in a ritual before killing her.....then he impales the deflowered princess.

FOLK METAL:
The protagonist arrives with some friends playing accordions, violins, flutes and many more weird instruments, the dragon falls asleep (from all the dancing), the protagonist leaves without the princess.

VIKING METAL:
The protagonist arrives in a ship, kills the dragon with his migthy axe, cooks and eats it, rapes the princess to death, steals the castle and burns the place before he leaves.

DOOM METAL:
The protagonist arrives, sees the size of the dragon and thinks that he never could beat him, gets depressed and commits suicide....the dragon eats his body and the princess as well.

PROGRESSIVE METAL:
The protagonist arrives with a guitar and plays a solo for 26 minutes, the dragon kills himself out of boredom, the protagonist arrives to the princess' bedroom, plays another solo with all the techniques learned in the last year of the conservatory... the princess escapes, and is now looking for the "HEAVY METAL" protagonist.

GLAM METAL:
The protagonist arrives, the dragon laughs at the guy's appearance and lets him enter, he steals the princess' make-up and tries to paint the castle in a beautiful pink color.

INDUSTRIAL METAL:
The protagonist arrives wearing greasy overcoat, makes an obscene gestures towards dragon, and gets escorted out of fairy tale land by security guards.

Je vais les ressortir ces trucs!

ah ben enfin quelques explications! (faut juste que je passe une demi heure à traduire!)

Hum... Une bonne galette de métal métallique en métal métallisé recouverte de métal en fusion aux reflets métalliques, y'a q'ça d'vrai !

Ben si, il y a grind metal et grind core, même si la différence devient de plus en plus subtile.

Black, Dark, Sympho, Death, mais j'M presque tout en fait.

Ben si, il y a grind metal et grind core, même si la différence devient de plus en plus subtile.

Ok mais alors je préfère "grind influencé metal" que "grind metal"

Ben grind core, c'est plus orienté punk/cross over, voire hard core (old school, je précise...), avec des paroles souvent politisées.
Et grind metal, c'est plus influencé par le thrash/death, et c'est axé sur le gore, le sexe, la merde...
Enfin c'est très schématisé mon truc, mais c'est comme ça que je vois plus ou moins les choses.

HxC au sens large.
Darkwave au sens large.
Le tout saupudré d'un peu de Black et de Death.

- le trash (europeen et USA)
- le brutal death
- rock/hard rock à la AC DC motorhead
- Certain groupe de Heavy (mais vite fait!!! lol)

le heavy bien fait : rage, grave digger, brainstorm, ...
le trash/death melodique : les vieux in flames, arch enemy, ...
le old hard us : ratt, motley, dokken, ... (manowar )

moi je suis un petit kéké...j'y connais rien dans le metal

moi j'aime bien le trash (death angel,kreator), du mélodique(savatage,anathema),et du heavy classique (maiden,rage,grave digger,priest)

par contre j'aime po tout ce qui devient incompréhensible comme le black/death (c'est dommage parce que souvent les musiciens assurent a mort)

même avis que toi blackwarrior .... enfin cela dépend des groupes....

J'adore :

1) le heavy traditionnel (maiden, priest...)
2) le heavy speed (angra, gamma ray, heavenly)
3) le heavy death mélodique (dark tranquillity, in flames, children of bodom)
4) le heavy gothique (leave's eyes, within temptation, after forever)
5) le black (immortal, darkthrone, dissection...)

Je déteste le néo sous toutes ses formes!

Et quelques styles couplés : black/thrash (la scène aussie est fantastique)

de tout,je mange à toutes les tables mais celle ou je me retrouve le plus c'est bel et bien le heavy à l'allemande du style Helloween ou Blind Guardian mais aussi Iced Earth.
