Un p'tit groupe suisse de heavy rock mélodique dont j'avais bien aimé le "Hellvetia".
Ils sortent leur 6ème album le 16 novembre chez AFM.
Swiss melodic metallers CRYSTAL BALL will relese their sixth album, "Secrets", on November 16 via AFM Records. The CD was produced by Michael Bormann (ex-JADED HEART, BLOODBOUND) and was mixed by Achim Köhler (PRIMAL FEAR, BRAINSTORM).
According to a press release, "the band is describing their new material as a mixture of melody and heaviness. Compared to the 'TimeWalker' album [2005], the new material will go a bit more back to the roots. The new [CD] will contain straight rockers and heavy tracks as well."

The first edition of "Secrets" will also include the bonus track "Pretend You're Laughing".
CRYSTAL BALL's latest effort, "TimeWalker", entered the Swiss national album chart at position No. 56 in September 2005. The follow-up to 2003's "Hellvetia" was once again produced by Stefan Kaufmann (ACCEPT, U.D.O.) and includes 12 tracks.
CRYSTAL BALL features in its ranks frontman Mark Sweeney, who recently released his first solo album.

Le groupe est de retour avec un nouveau chanteur :
Swiss melodic metal act Crystal Ball released a music video for the new track "Eternal Flame." The song will appear on the band's forthcoming seventh LP "Dawnbreaker," which is set to drop on November 29th via Massacre Records.
The album is the first studio release for vocalist Steven Mageney, who joined the band in 2012, replacing long time vocalist Mark Sweeney (Wolfpakk). The track listing for the album is:

J'avais bien aimé "Time Walker" et "Secrets" . J'écoute le nouvel album , pour l'instant c'est sympa , du bon mélodique sans surprise , le morceau un peu plus rock " Power pack" , la ballade " Eternal Flame" . Je trouve que les choeurs sont pas assez mis en avant.

Nouvel album en prévision :
Sortie prévue le 22 mai via Massacre Records.
Stefan Kaufmann (ex-Accept, ex-U.D.O.) et Noora Louhimo de Battle Beast y apparaissent en guests.
Le premier nommé a d'ailleurs produit, mixé et masterisé l'album.
