Le guitariste s'en va, pour cause de manque de motivation


Guitarist Sascha Kerschgens has quit the German metal band PERZONAL WAR due to his "lack of motivation."

Sascha's official statement on the matter reads as follows:

"In January I did my last gig with the band. I made the decision to quit during the last year as I felt a lack of motivation that doesn't allows me staying in PERZONAL WAR no longer. In my eyes you have to give 100% of engagement when you're in a band and I don't want to hold up Metti [Matthias Zimmer; vocals, guitar] and Martin [Buchwalter; drums] in future. It was a real hard decision but I had to make it and I'm happy and proud of what we've achieved in all those years with PERZONAL WAR. Finally I wish Metti and Martin all the best in future, many big concerts, tours and big success with [the new PERZONAL WAR album] 'Bloodline'!"

After recently releasing their new album, The Last Sunset, German thrash metallers Perzonal War have presented their new video. "Metalizer", the new live performance video from the group at Gernhart Studio, can be seen below. The song is taken from the band's latest studio album which came out on June 23rd via Metalville Records. Get thrashing!
