Ça sent quand même le truc un minimum politiquement engagé, même s'il s'en défend dans le communiqué. A voir.
ICED EARTH guitarist/mainman Jon Schaffer has issued the following update:
"For the last several months I have been working on a new project/solo album called SONS OF LIBERTY. I am excited to unveil this and talk about the motivations behind it this Friday on the Alex Jones show.
"I will be in the studio with Alex on Friday, December 18 at 2 p.m. CST. The show is broadcast from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST to over 80 stations nationwide.

Ouais enfin il avait déjà Iced earth comme projet solo, je vois pas l'intérêt là tout de suite...

J'ai prévenu, je suis en mode Dr House, j'ai un putain d'acouphène qui m'emmerde la nuit depuis Rammstein donc je suis pas d'humeur
Nan mais d'un coté il a raison Schaffer, plutôt que de faire de la merde avec Iced Earth il a autant de monter une autre groupe pour ca, et du coup il pourra essayer de réellement composer un album avec Barlow en parallèle

Bah y'en a qui font des projets solo du nom d'un grand groupe pour sortir l'album "Démocratie Chinoise", là le concept c'est de sortir du Iced Earth sous un autre nom.

Assez étrange l'idée du projet solo, mais si ça peut nous éviter qu'il gâche IE, tant mieux.

Je me l'écoute pour la deuxième fois aujourd'hui.
Je me demandais qui était le chanteur, ben c'est Schaffer lui-même. J'suis sur le cul, il se débrouille super bien, vocalement, le bonhomme.
En tout cas, l'album est franchement plaisant.

C'est pas mal c'est clair !!! Schaffer au chant ? je suis étonné... c'est sur ça ? en tout cas il a eu un bon prof avec Barlow !!! il a clairement les même intonations que lui !!!

ouais c'est sûr, si tu connais bien stormrider et les quelques reprises où il chante dessus (comme Gods Of Thunder, la reprise de Kiss), on reconnait bien sa voix
