ORPHANED LAND's December 9 and December 10, 2010 concerts at Reading 3 in Tel Aviv, Israel were professionally filmed and recorded for an upcoming DVD release. The Israeli progressive folk metal masters were joined at both shows by Steven Wilson of PORCUPINE TREE. Also appearing on December 9 was PARADISE LOST guitarist Greg Mackintosh; famous Israeli singer Yehuda Poliker performed with ORPHANED LAND on December 10. Poliker reportedly inspired the band to choose the name ORPHANED LAND from the lyrics of one of his songs.

Commented ORPHANED LAND have vocalist Kobi Farhi: "After a long process of editing and filming, we can let you see a small glimpse of our debut DVD titled 'The Road To Or Shalem'. This was a fantastic show where we celebrated our 20th anniversary with lots of fans who came from all over the world to Tel-Aviv.
"For those of you who haven't noticed, after 20 years of hard work, you have to pay attention — as the rise of Middle Eastern metal has begun!"
