n the U.K., the album will be released on May 21 in exclusive Classic Rock Fan Pack form — providing a unique collectable package containing the studio album with bonus tracks alongside a specially created magazine with unseen behind-the-scenes content put together by Classic Rock. The Fan Pack format will also come with free gifts, including a pin badge and artwork poster and will be available to buy via more than 2000 retail outlets on newsstands nationally as well as the traditional high street and online music retailers. Roadrunner Records will simultaneously release the record digitally. The standard physical release of the Slash album will follow through Roadrunner Records on June 18.

For the new album, Slash — along with and his bandmates Myles Kennedy (vocals), Brent Fitz (drums) and Todd Kerns (bass) — teamed with producer Eric Valentine, who also produced the "Slash" disc. All the songs were written together by Slash and Kennedy, and cameras have been rolling throughout the entire making of the album. Check out exclusive behind-the-scenes footage airing weekly beginning today.

A documentary featuring the legendary former GUNS N' ROSES guitar legend SLASH will be released by Pride on Blu-ray August 21st. Slash - The Cat In The Hat: The Story So Far is a two-disc set running at 131 minutes.

Slash: The Cat In The Hat: The Story So Far is described as follows:
"The most iconic rock guitarist since Keith Richards, Slash has achieved the status of 'most interesting hard rock act in the world today'. And 20 years after the demise proper of the group with whom he made his name, he continues to build on an already remarkable career trajectory, while his old sparring partner in Guns N' Roses produces pale imitations of past glories. A virgin il est uniquement en edition limitée, et comme j'en ai rien a battre des dvds, je vais pas encore payer 4 euros de plus pour rien... Du coup j'attend l'edition normale... Un peu aberrant qu'on ait pas le choix de l'edition comme avant.

Attention! Sur l'edition speciale, il y a 2 chansons suplémentaires; elle est seulement a 1 euro de plus que l'edition normale, au Gibert.

Apres quelques dizaines d'ecoute, je le trouve bon, mais moins accrocheur que le precedent.

Sinon joli score en Australie, et ca bosse déjà pour le futur album !

"Slash's second solo album, "Apocalyptic Love", came out in May and was recently certified gold in Australia by the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) for sales in excess of 35,000 copies.

"[The album has] been really well received and I was really pleased with the record in the first place; it's great," Slash said. "You never know what exactly is going to happen and I never have any what you'd call expectations, but once it's out there and people sort of dig it for the right reasons, it's always a good feeling."

Slash recently revealed that he and singer Myles Kennedy have already begun working on music for the guitarist's next album, to be recorded sometime next year.

"We are working on material, gathering ideas for another [record] at this point," Slash told Rapid City Journal. "We are sort of like in those early stages where I'm just recording different guitar ideas and I turn Myles on to it. He's thinking about his stuff and what he's going to do with it and so on."

A défaut de créer un topic, 16 nouveaux titres sont composés et le groupe est ou sera bientôt en studio.
