Vu au festival Loud From The South à Eindhoven en compagnie de Toxic Steel, j'ai passé un bon moment, ce groupe assure live!
Par contre sur disque, ça manque de folie, c'est bien fait, bien interpreté mais c'est trop propre et le chant est trop linéaire.
Ce qui est triste, c'est que ce groupe, à ce stade de leur carrière, assure techniquement bien plus que les Metallica, Megadeth et cie lors de la sortie des Kill'em All et Killing is my Business, sur scène tout du moins: ça joue bien, c'est carré mais il manque la magie des grands, cette magie que l'on retrouve sur les grands classiques des 80's.

British thrashers EVILE have released a brand new track, called 'Infected Nation', which is available now for streaming and download.
The new track, which is the first song off the band's upcoming new album, Infected Nations - due on September 21st in Europe and September 22nd in North American - is available for streaming at Evile's official MySpace page.

vraiment excellent ce groupe! Un de mes groupe de thrash préféré dans la nouvelle vague de jeune groupe!

le bassiste de EVILE - Michael Alexander - est décédé le 5 octobre 2009 quelque jours après le début de la tournée d'EVILE avec AMON AMARTH.
Mike Alexander est tombe malade, il a été emmené a l'hôpital de Lulea en Suède ou il s'est éteint à 32 ans.

Le groupe a lui-même livré en mains propres son nouvel album à un de ses fans
British thrashers EVILE have always been known as very down to earth and fan-friendly, and the band have proven this once again by hand-delivering their new album, Five Serpent's Teeth, to one lucky fan.
Evile members Matt Drake, Ol Drake, Joel Graham and Ben Carter set out on a road trip from their home in Huddersfield to Stockton-On-Tees to personally deliver the new album to Evile mega-fan Tony Dobson, following which the group went even further by inviting another fan along for a special inside look at an Evile band rehearsal.
Ol Drake comments: "Stopped off at Tony Dobson's house in Stockton-on-Tees to hand deliver the new album, Five Serpent's Teeth. He won a pre-order competition to have the last album Infected Nations delivered to him but Mike couldn't make it at the time. We promised him we'd return for us all to deliver the next one. Sat and drank some beers and scotch eggs while he listened to it and gave his honest and positive opinion. Thanks for having us in your home Tony!

après quelques écoutes et malgré le côté "fausses reprises de Metallica" je trouve l'album très bien
plein d'énergie, de bon solos
du thrash pas original mais super efficace

Je viens de prendre l'album et je suis agréablement surpris. C'est du thrash avec plein de passage heavy et un chanteur qui imite bien James Hettfield! Perso, ça me plait beaucoup!
