Si il le dit c'est qu'au moment de la signature ça devait être vrai. Ensuite le groupe à sûrement changer d'avis et remplis les caisse avec d'autres concerts.
Le groupe qui cachetonne
Norwegian black metallers Emperor are set to reunite in 2017 in order to play a few exclusive appearances, the first confirmed show being at the Brutal Assault festival in the Czech Republic. The band will play numbers from their highly-acclaimed 1997 record, Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk, to celebrate its 20th anniversary, and will consist of band members Ihsahn, Samoth and Trym Torson, who was a member of the band up until 2007. These shows, however, do not give indication of whether or not Emperor are set to reunite as a permanent band.
Emperor's official announcement: "Emperor hordes! We will return in 2017 for a few exclusive appearances, performing the Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk album. The first confirmed show is at the Brutal Assault Festival in Czech Republic. Emperial regards, Ihsahn, Samoth, Trym."
Following the previous 20th anniversary shows for "In The Nightside Eclipse" a few years back, Emperor is again reunited for a slew of dates in remembrance of follow-up album "Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk."
Front man Ihsahn just issued this update:
"Finished a very successful pre-prod with Emperor this week for the upcoming #anthemstothewelkinatdusk2017 shows! Original hand painted backdrop from 1997 in the background to set the mood.
