NEW ALBUM “HEROES” TO BE RELEASED IN MAY 2014!

As you probably know already we are in the Abyss studios along with Peter Tägtgren & recording our new album “HEROES” that will be released in May 2014.

J'ai " reçu" la pochette par mail de Sabaton , je la trouve magnifique. Je ne me fais pas de soucis sur le contenu mais j'aimerais bien qu'ils prennent un peu des risques dans l'album.

Moi j'aimerais bien qu'on entende les instruments!!!

superbe pochette!!! En esperant que niveau son ça se rapproche plus des 1er albums

Je n'ai aucun talent en dessin mais il me semble évident qu'il y a de gros problèmes de proportions sur cette pochette : le cou et le bras gauche du mec qui se fait frappé ne me semblent pas du tout naturel ! Je trouve ça carrément laid.

C'est pour montrer toute la puissance du coup de poing de l'américain sur le soldat bosch.

Moi j'aime beaucoup la vision d'ensemble. Après, quand on regarde en détails, effectivement...

Sinon inutile de dire que j'attends du son et du live avec impatience

S'ils peuvent eviter un live dans les prochain mois, le temps que je renfloue mon compte, ça m'arrangerait

Sinon le haut de la pochette est très reussie, je suis moins fan des mecs mais dans l'ensemble elle pète

Le groupe a enregistré 3 reprises, qui seront disponibles suivant les différentes éditions de l'album :

For the upcoming new record "Heroes," Swedish heavy metal institution Sabaton now reveals the different track listings, including all the bonus tracks that will be available.

Among them are three cover versions of Metallica, Battle Beast, and Raubtier.

"Heroes" will be released on May 16th, 2014 via Nuclear Blast. The band comments on the bonus tracks:

"METALLICA - ‘For Whom The Bell Tolls:' All of us are old fans of Metallica The choice of the song was difficult, but we all could agree on that one. As an addition, ‘For Whom The Bell Tolls’ was the first heavy metal song ever performed on a stage by Pär.

"BATTLE BEAST - ‘Out Of Control:' Battle Beast was our secret guest at our latest Sabatoncruise and we all enjoyed watching them perform their songs live. We thought we wanted to support young and upcoming bands and decided to do a cover of them.

"RAUBTIER - ‘En Hjältes Väg:' Raubtier are our brothers from the north of Sweden. We have played together countless times and in the past, and Thobbe used to be in this band. At a special concert in 2012 Joakim performed this song live together with Raubtier and it awoke the idea of doing a cover-version. Seeing to the song title it was also a natural choice for our latest album "Heroes.'"

Il y a un video sur la derniere journée de tournée nord americaine en 2011 avec Accept ou ils donnent toutes les parties de leur drum.Personnellement c est la premiere fois que je voyais cela.Je ne sais pas si chez vous en europe vous avez déjà vu une telle chose?
