The ticket sale for Roskilde Festival has started, and 9 acts are in the line-up already.
Are you ready? Because now we're kick-starting the #rf15 season. Tickets are for sale now, and we're ready with the first music acts.

As some kind of distillate of the full 169-acts-sized line-up, we present music that tastes of both rock, metal, hip hop, electronica and world music.

American band Lamb of God will play their first concert at Roskilde Festival in 2015. We also welcome 'home' the stargazing prog-popsters in Mew who are readying a brand-new album. They play their only Danish festival gig at Roskilde. The 2015 line-up also includes the naughty hip hop lads from Suspekt who have to be the most important hip hop group in the country right now. Ready yourself for a late-night celebration on Orange Stage.

Additionally, you can look forward to luminous electronic sounds from Rustie and Dixon, bluesy rock virtues from the hands of Dolomite Minor, dusty Malian desert blues from Khaira Arby, classical avant-garde treats from Kronos Quartet and a punch to the stomach from Tombs who play transcending metal.

Muse, St. Vincent, The Tallest Man On Earth, The War On Drugs, Av Av Av, Batida, Broken Twin, Dalhous, Deafheaven, Future Brown, Goat, Honningbarna, ILoveMakonnen, Kasai Allstars, Kate Tempest, Myrkur, OFF!, Pallbearer, Tropkillaz and Young Fathers.

A new generation of superstars on Orange Stage
The party-starting brothers from the house sensation Disclosure and one of pop music’s most majestic and powerful voices – Florence + The Machine – are both finishing up brand-new albums to be released in 2015.

We’re celebrating this with shows at Roskilde Festival. Since both acts last visited us they have catapulted into the premier league of pop music. So in 2015 they are meeting the Roskilde crowd on Orange Stage.

Vital hip-hop and progressive black metal
Acts such as Doomtree, G-Eazy and Kwabs show that urban music remains vital with new unbridled hit-makers in 2015, and fans of the most hard-hitting riffs can look forward to progressive black metal from Norwegian band Enslaved and crushing metalcore from Every Time I Die.

Today's announcement also embraces several notable female profiles such as Chelsea Wolfe, Kwamie Liv, Silvana Imam, Alice Boman and Noura Mint Seymali.

And there’s the opportunity to meet a true Jamaican reggae legend, Barrington Levy who will deliver a hot and rocking set.
