pour chronophobia étonnant qu'il soit décrié car il est vraiment dans la lignée des autres... celui qui est le plus doux (le plus cold wave) et se démarque pas mal pour moi c'est Room 7.
hegemony il tourne pas mal en ce moment et tu devrais rejeter une oreille dessus! J'y trouve plus de hits dessus que sur imago et il complète bien cu3e les deux enchaînés.
au final je te rejoins bien hein, SUP/URATION c'est un sans faute absolu.

It contains brand new recording of old tracks initially written in 1990 and freshly mastered by thy death metal master himself Dan Swanö who recently worked on Acheron and Incantation (Official fan page)

Ludovic Loez (guitars / vocals) elaborates : "We really wanted to record these songs again as they 're the testimony of our musical roots ,we listened to a lot of Entombed, Carcass, Pestilence (official) at the time and that obviously gets noticed when listening to these tracks."

S.U.P/SUPURATION reach a mega-deal with Xtreem Music!!

With great pride, since we consider ourselves fans (and friends) since day 1 back in 1990, we can announce that the legendary French band S.U.P / SUPURATION has just reached a mega-agreement with XTREEM MUSIC for the re-release, during the coming years, of almost all (finally it could be all) of the SUPURATION and S.U.P albums, as well as the very limited collection of 20 Bootlegs that the band has been releasing in the form of self-produced CD-R's since 2003.
The albums will be released in chronological order every 6 months, starting with the debut album "The Cube" from 1993 coinciding with the 30th anniversary of said masterpiece and its release is scheduled for December 2023. After this, every 2 months it will be released a new title from each Bootleg, alternating 2-Bootlegs with 1-Abum. This way, 4 Bootlegs and 2 Albums will be released every year during the next 5 years (more or less).
All editions will be released in Digipack, a format that has always been linked to the band's tradition and even the Bootlegs will have an exclusive and original design (the originals used to be low quality photocopies) and will be limited to 200 units, which will make them a sought after collector's item in no time, as they will only be available from the band itself and the XTREEM MUSIC online store.
The series of Bootlegs, which were originally released officially by the band themselves, in limited runs of around 50 copies, contain demos, rarities and live recordings, and include both S.U.P and SUPURATION material.
In case there is still someone who doesn't know S.U.P/ SUPURATION, say that it is a band with a unique, original and unmistakable avant-garde Death Metal sound that mixes its characteristic heavy guitar sound and a mix of guttural voices with clean voices where influences can be found both from bands from the '80s/'90s such as CARCASS, GRAVE, very early PARADISE LOST, with a strong dose of VOIVOD and undoubtedly sprinkled with New Wave sounds especially from DEPECHE MODE. This blend, not suitable for all ears, has made S.U.P/ SUPURATION an almost unclassifiable and inimitable band that has always maintained a top level in all their albums, including their most recent "Octa" released last May and which perfectly combines all the elements of both bands and demonstrates, once again, their genius without limits or prejudices.
