Pas vraiment du metal mais un groupe qui a laissé une grosse marque chez pas mal d'artistes. Donc bon, Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only et Doyle vont se réunir pour quelques concerts cet été. À voir si ça dure. Je dirais pas non perso.
Classic MISFITS lineup members Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein will reunite for first time since 1983 to headline this year's Riot Fest.
The reunion, billed as "The Original Misfits," will take place at the Riot Fest in Denver and Chicago. The first show is scheduled for September 2-4 at Denver's Riot Fest And Rodeo, while the second will happen at Riot Fest And Carnival, set for September 16-18 in Chicago.
Asked by Loudwire what his thoughts are about the possibility of an original MISFITS reunion, Jerry said: "The thing is, I have an obligation to our fans. A lot of our fans are young, and the thing is we're a very positive organization. We may have a lot of scary shit, but we're working out, we take care of mom, we've got jobs. It's no bullshit. We work for what we're doing."
He continued" "If we bring Glenn back in and he's going to bring to the table, I don't want that.
"All the money in the world ain't gonna make me sell out my fans."
Jerry added: "What I feel is that I'd rather be where I am and be happy and be a positive influence than to be the richest man in the world and miserable and be a scumbag to the kids that follow us. I'm not doing that. I told Doyle that. I told him, 'Hey, look, if Glenn wants to come be a team player and leave that shit at home, we're good.' That's the name of the game."

Bon, ce groupe était ultime il y a 35 ans, maintenant, je suis sceptique. Mais si les avis sont positifs, faut surtout pas que je les rate...

Faut voir si on aura autre chose que 3 gros fests quoi, mais le concert Danzig/Doyle au HF la dernière fois était assez ultime!

S'ils ont un minimum de sens du business (et j'imagine que oui vu qu'on trouve désormais du merch misfits chez H & M) ils rajouteront des dates. La dernière tournée "misfits" était particulièrement pathétique il paraît. Earth AD joué en entier mais complètement massacré vu que le groupe était essentiellement Only et ses fils ou un truc du genre.paraît aussi que la dernière tournée US de Danzig n'a pas cartonnée non plus.
Donc ouais si lui et Danzig arrivent à ne pas se foutre sur la gueule, j'imagine que ça continuera.
En tout cas, il se passe quelque chose en 2016 avec toutes ces réunions.

Sur les quelques fois où j'ai vu Misfits depuis 2008 ou 2009 perso c'était bien naze ouais, mais Danzig pas encore été déçu (et pourtant vu le gros con, j'aimerais bien avoir des saloperies à raconter, mais c'est tout le contraire côté live )

Bon bah c'etait le week end dernier et paraît que c'etait enorme!
Sur les videos youtube, ils ont l'air d'avoir la grosse patate quand même pour des mecs qui ont pas loin de 60 ans (Danzig en a 61!)
j'espère et j'imagine qu'on les aura en fest en Europe l'ete prochain. Faudrait juste que Glenn arrete avec les debardeurs en latex et ca serait le top du top.
