Les voilà enfin remis sur pied, avec un nouveau line-up :
Charly Steinhauer - Vocals, Guitar

Un album devrait sortir l'an prochain...

Charly is feeling better now. He has once again returned home from hospital after a 2,5 week stay and his hopefully final operation. Charly has starting the Songwriting to the long-awaited album again, tentatively due in 2006. And dont forget, Paradox will play their first show in five years at the Keep It True VI festival, set to take place April 8, 2006 at Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-Königshofen, Germany.
Charly Steinhauer recently contributed his vocals to "Fate Is Calling", the debut album from MAJESTY mastermind Tarek "MS" Maghary's solo project DAWNRIDER.

Ils étaient sensés travailler sur leur 4ème album là, sauf que cela n'aura peut-être jamais lieu dans la mesure où leur leader Charly Steinhauer est sérieusement malade, je crains que ce soit la fin de Paradox...
Veteran German power metallers PARADOX have announced that they will not be able to proceed with the songwriting process for their new album due to "a serious sickness" suffered by frontman Charly Steinhauer. "Charly has composed about 30 minutes of great music last year but now couldn't go on," the band write on their web site. "At the moment he [is taking] a complete timeout and we will see when/if we will continue..."

Les 3/5 du groupe se sont barrés, mais ils comptent finir l'album à 2... avec une boîte à rythme?
Long-running German metallers PARADOX parted ways with guitarist Fabian Schwarz, drummer Chris Weiss and bassist Andi Siegl during the recording sessions for the band's fourth album, "Electrify", due in early 2007 via AFM Records. However, "the recordings are not affected by this," the rest of the group writes in a statement. "The album will be finished as planned, as Charly [Steinhauer, guitar/vocals] has once again composed all tracks and has also recorded all instruments. All lyrics have been finished by Kai [Pasemann, guitar]. Once again, we're not going to give up and will [carry on with] PARADOX as a duo." Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Second Over Third By Force", "Monument", "Portrait in Grey", "Hyperspeed Hallucinations", "Bridge to Silence", "Infected", "Disconnected", "Cyberspace Romance", "Electrify", as well as a cover of BLACKFOOT's "Good Morning".

Ils ont recruté de nouveaux membres et l'album sortira le 10 janvier.
"At last! After delaying the new album "Electrify" for three months is the release date now finalized at the 10th January 2008. Currently is the CD (produced by Charly Steinhauser himself) mixed and mastered at the Hansen Studios by Jacob Hansen (Destruction/Hatesphere) in Danemark."

ah c'est clair que collision course est une pure tuerie (bon les précédents ne sont pas aussi bon)
j'attends beaucoup de ce nouvel album!
Mais avec un line up aussi remanié j'ai un peu peur du résultat....

Ah ben pour moi "Heresy" reste largement au-dessus de "Collision Course" que j'aime bien néanmoins.

2 nouveaux titres ont été mis sur leur myspace, et 'tain ça déboite!
Au delà de mes espérances en tout cas, ça sent le retour en force.

A noter que les 2 guitaristes ont monté un nouveau projet avec Brian O'Connor l'ancien chanteur de Vicious Rumors : PROPHESY.
