Long-running German thrashers HOLY MOSES will have their 1986 debut, "Queen of Siam", released on CD for the first time next month via Armageddon Music. As a special bonus, the "Queen of Siam" reissue will contain an ultra-rare demo recording with the group's old drummer, Snake.

As previously reported, HOLY MOSES had their early albums "Finished with the Dogs" (1987) and "The New Machine of Liechtenstein" (1989) reissued through Armageddon Music in August. The CDs were digitally re-mastered and will be released in the jewel-case format, with full booklets, lyrics, liner notes, modified artwork and never-before-seen photos of HOLY MOSES and the group's frontwoman, Sabina Classen. Armageddon Music have also announced plans to re-release the rest of HOLY MOSES' early catalog, including 1990's "World Chaos", 1991's "Terminal Terror" and 1992's "Reborn Dogs". A retrospective DVD will follow in the spring.

HOLY MOSES introduced two new bandmembers during their appearance at the Occultfest on September 3 in Hoogeveen, the Netherlands: bassist Ozzy (ex-WARPATH, TEMPLE OF THE ABSURD, LA CRY, ELF) and drummer Asgard.

Clair! Il est limite death metal Terminal Terror, c'est un des albums les plus extrêmes de Holy Moses!!

zut je suis déçu, j'ai cru que le titre de l'album c'était "queen of slam"

Long-running German thrashers HOLY MOSES have revealed the complete track listing for the upcoming reissue of their 1992 album "Reborn Dogs", due on March 31 via Armageddon Music. The CD features a full booklet with all lyrics, new liner notes, modified artwork and never-before-seen photos of frontwoman Sabina Classen and HOLY MOSES. The album also includes three bonus live tracks recorded at the Nix im Scheddel festival in Leipzig, Germany on February 11, 2006. The live songs were recorded with a lineup of Classen, guitarist Michael Hankel (ex-EROSION, RICHTHOFEN), bassist Ozzy (ex-TEMPLE OF THE ABSURD, WARPATH) and drummer Asgard Niels Holub (ex-EISENVATER, IRATE ARCHITECT). The CD was also digitally remastered, rounding off this re-release perfectly.

Holy Moses réédité, c'est pas trop tôt.
En revanche, pour avoir en ma possession Finished With The Dogs et The New Machine... à la fois en ancienne et en nouvelle version, on ne me fera jamais croire qu'ils ont été remasterisés.

Ou alors peut-être avec des moufles. Ou alors la console était pas branchée. Ou alors (autre : précisez).

The original demo from back then is completely destroyed. (After all
it lay in an old box for nearly 25 years). Michael Hankel has still
been able to save nearly all of the material from this tape with only
the titles "My Brain" and "Smokin' and Drinking" being completely
lost. The rest we've now put onto a CD where Michael Hankel has done
the job of making the old material as listenable as possible.

Demo tape Satan`s Angel recorded in the HOLY MOSES rehearsel room in
the cellar of the Inda-Gymnasium (school), at the end of 1981 !!!!!

Un petit up pour dire que je viens de découvrir récemment No Matter What's The Cause, l'album avec Dan Lilker à la basse... et c'est vachement Brutal Truthien !! A part la reprise de Motörhead et le morceau avec Dan Lilker au piano ( ), c'est assez proche de Brutal Truth époque Need To Control ( avec les passages spaces barrés en moins), voire ECDER...
Enfin c'est mon impression après quelques écoutes. On dirait même Kevin Sharp au chant par moment.
