Ils distribuaient un mini-mag publicitaire au show de Kreator jeudi soir. J'ai un peu feuilleté et ça l'a l'air pas mal. C'est fait par des vrais connaisseurs.

Il y a une photo sur le site du film qui montrent des photos de deux membres de slipknot ...
Sam Dunn est-il un membre de Slip-chiottes ? Désolé je ne connais que très peu de choses sur ce "groupe".

"Metal: A Headbanger's Journey" two-disc set will be released by Warner Home Video on May 23, 2006 for $24.98 just in time for metal's most popular music festivals such as Ozzfest, Gigantour and Sounds Of Underground kick off. Order due date is April 18, 2006.
Sam Dunn, a thirty-year-old anthropologist, has been fascinated by the culture of heavy metal since he was twelve years old. In an effort to study its origin and cultural impact, he sets out on a global journey to find out why this music has been consistently stereotyped, dismissed and condemned and yet is loved so passionately by its millions of fans. Along the way, Sam explores metal's obsession with some of life's most provocative subjects — sexuality, religion, violence and death — and discovers some things about the culture that even he can't defend. Shot on location in the U.K., Germany, Norway, Canada and the U.S., this documentary is the first of its kind. It is both a defense of a long-misunderstood art form and a window for the outsider into the spectacle that is heavy metal.

Selon les prévisions de sortie du site "Allociné", ce documentaire devrait sortir en France le 21 juin!
Spécialement pour la fête de la musique, cela va sans dire!!!

J'ai lu la critique sur le site français faite par Renato et bon, je suis pas d'accord avec tout ce qu'il dit. Mais bon, encore comparé à d'autre il a l'air plus ouvert d'esprit.
en fait, il a tendance à vite cataloguer les metalleux en disant qu'ils s'habillent tous pareil,...etc.
Bah, il aurait dû interviewer Pierro d'Egoine ou faire un séjour sur DOTF pour comprendre ce que c'est que l'esprit hard !!!

bah c'est en français surtout et ça parle des sorties en France! imdb c'est super complet mais c'est vraiment pas agréable à lire, c'est un site surtout fait pour se documenter plutôt que d'échanger sur des films

C'est trop bien ce film, enfin un vrai documentaire sur la culture Hard sous toutes ses formes et non un petit docu concocté par TF1 et qui discrimine les metalleux.

J'ai été contacté par l'équipe du film, malheureusement j'étais en déplacement au moment où ils étaient en Europe, donc ça n'a pas pu se faire. Mais d'autres personnes très bien apparaissent dans ce film et défendent comme il se doit l'esprit HARD.
