We have a documentary crew that is following us around while we're on tour, so it's still some time off before we have it all together. But what I can say for certain is that it is in the works."

c'est bien beau tout ça , mais qui l'a profond encore une fois???
les fans du groupe (nous quoi) puisque nevermore ne jouera pas en france!!!
un convoi va s'organiser avec les membres de vs webzine pour la date du 17 septembre pour le concert belge (dew scented et mercenary en premiere partie) mais bien sur c'est l'anniversaire de mon frere ce jour là ;je suis trop dégouté.

C'est triste en effet, mais pour qu'ils viennent en tête d'affiche il faudrait aussi que les ventes d'album suivent et justifient leur déplacement et la prise de risque d'un tourneur. Pas de ventes, pas de concert, ou du moins chances sérieusement amoindries... Et Nevermore j'ai jamais eu le sentiment qu'ils aient déjà déplacé des foules en France

Bon, faut que je pense à aller acheter l'album ce soir moi

Si même les membres de VS s'y mettent, ça veut peut-être dire que le vent est en train de tourner en leur faveur en France
Parce qu'à ma connaissance, jusqu'ici ils ne déplaçaient pas les foules, en effet...
Perso je serai à la date d'Anvers en tout cas, et peut-être à d'autres si ça intéresse quelqu'un

Ah ouais pas mal la ressemblance de la pochette

Mais quelque chose me dit qu'on doit pouvoir trouver pas mal de pochettes Metal avec des cranes empalés

Pour l'anecdote, Jeff Loomis joue sur le nouvel album de Pamela Moore, la chanteuse rendue "célèbre" par Operation Mindcrime... normal, tout ce beau monde est de Seattle.
Warrel Dane était également pressenti pour chanter, mais ça ne s'est pas fait.

NEVERMORE guitarist Jeff Loomis's official web site has been updated with several photos taken during the recording sessions for his guest appearance on the new solo album from Pamela Moore, the voice of "Sister Mary" from QUEENSRŸCHE's legendary concept album "Operation: Mindcrime". Neil Kernon (QUEENSRŸCHE, NEVERMORE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, DEICIDE) recently finished mixing the effort, which he has been producing on and off (based on Pamela's touring schedule with QUEENSRŸCHE) since early July last year. Check out the pictures at this location.

Commented Kernon: "Originally, Jeff wasn't available in our initial session time slot to do the rhythm tracks, so we decided to try to catch up with him later in the year (this last December in fact, after NEVERMORE's touring also wound down) so he could do the solo guitars. We sent him the material early so he could go over it and he dug it so much that we ended up making the decision to re-record the rhythm guitars with him as well, and gave us the inimitable Loomis groove on the tracks. Wonderful job all round actually. I think there will be many people out there that will really enjoy what he gave to this project.

"At one point in the proceedings Warrel [Dane, NEVERMORE frontman] was also very kindly going to make a guest appearance on a track, but in the end scheduling didn't allow it to materialise. Thanks for your interest anyway, Warrel!"

Moore's 11-song album was co-written by Benjamin Anderson, formerly of the band RORSCHACH TEST and is tentatively scheduled for release on April 2. The recording and mixing took place at Sonic Ranch Studios and Robert Lang Studios with the help of drummer Jason Kowalski (N17, ABIGAIL WILLIAMS), and guitarists Loomis, Michael Wilton (QUEENSRŸCHE, SOULBENDER), and Benjamin Anderson. Bass guitar was laid down by Brian Gordon (ION VEIN) while Terri Nunn (BERLIN) recorded some "amazing" guest vocals.
