Silent Force are returning with a vengeance. Guitarist Alex Beyrodt and his band have been working very hard on new material in the last few months. Their new album which will be called Rising From Ashes is set for release on December 13th. This will be their first release in almost seven years since Walk The Earth. So, mark your calendars and get ready for some more progressive power metal.

German metal act Silent Force announced that the band will break its six year hiatus and release the new album "Rising From Ashes." The new release is expected to drop on December 13th via AFM Records.
More information on the album is expected shortly. There has been no announcement from the band as to who the vocalist on the album will be, or whether U.S. native DC Cooper (Royal Hunt) will continue to front the band.

Non ! C'est Michael Bormann (le chanteur original de Jaded Heart) qui lui succède. Pourquoi pas.
Autre information : il y a un nouveau bassiste et c'est ...... Mat Sinner !

Mouais, moyens ces changements... Sinner fourre son nez partout, même si je comprends que ça soit plus simple pour Beyrodt de recruter son pote.
Mais surtout l'absence de DC Cooper fait mal.

Ils perdent pas au change avec Bormann qui est juste l'un des meilleurs dans le milieu Heavy Rock/Fm.
Suffit d'écouter les albums qu'il a enregistré (composé) avec Jaded Heart pour s'en persuader.

Ouaip pareil, c'est pas mal en soi, mais ça ne ressemble plus beaucoup à Silent Force je trouve.
Pour ma part, c'est pas bon du tout, titre bateau, une fois écouté, une fois oublié.
