I'm the lost one chasing colors to the sun
Colors bleed but never fade
Seventh Wonder have finally announced the title of their new album. The band fronted by Tommy Karevik (Kamelot) have previously released a few new singles. The progressive metallers fifth studio album will be called Tiara and it will be a 13-track concept album. The full statement from their Facebook page is below.
Seventh Wonder announced: "Dear friends, It is with great pleasure that I can share with you this exciting news: Seventh Wonder is back with their fifth studio album, titled Tiara. The new album is now in the final stages of mixing, and it is being mixed at Lionheart Studio in Oslo, Norway by Oyvind Voldmo Larsen (who also mixed Inner Enemy and The Promise).
"It is the first studio album to feature Stefan Norgren on drums, and in two weeks the album will be passed on to Jens Bogren of Fascination studios for mastering. Jens has previously worked on albums by Symphony X, Katatonia, Opeth and James LaBrie. The 13 tracks of this concept album will visit some new sonic spaces for Seventh Wonder, while staying true to their form. After the mastering, the finished album will be delivered to Frontiers Records for a world wide release."
"We've watched you since the dawn of time,
with every moment gone by.
A million suns fade and die,
this is the end?"
Beware, for they're coming….!
#Tiara

Les détails et une chanson (pas ultime mais quand même meilleure pour moi que les derniers singles de Kamelot...) :
Swedish progressive metal band SEVENTH WONDER, which features in its ranks current KAMELOT singer Tommy Karevik, will release its fifth studio album, "Tiara", on October 12 via Frontiers Music Srl. It contains SEVENTH WONDER's first batch of new material since "The Great Escape", originally issued in 2010. Having previously released the live album and longform video "Welcome To Atlanta" (recorded at the ProgPower festival in 2014), the group is now ready to "unleash the beast."
Says bassist Andreas Blomqvist: "It has been many years in the making, but it is finally done and we couldn't be happier with it. 'Tiara' is everything you have come to expect from SEVENTH WONDER, but I also hope there are some new flavors in there to keep it interesting. We really didn't think too much about what sound we were going for, nor did we have to force it, it all came natural, albeit slow this time around…We are super proud of this album and we are so much looking forward to sharing it with you!"
Continues Andreas: "'Victorious' was the first song on the album that was completed. It wasn't written first, but it was the first one we sat down and wrote the lyrics for, so it is special to us. I am thrilled to finally be able to share a song off of 'Tiara' with you!"
Originally formed in Stockholm in 2000, SEVENTH WONDER debuted in 2005 with "Become". The second album, "Waiting In The Wings", and first to feature Karevik on vocals, followed in 2006. Two more successful records, the concept album "Mercy Falls" (2008) and "The Great Escape" (2010), followed before the band went on a hiatus of sorts following Karevik being chosen to take Roy Khan's place in KAMELOT.

08. Beyond Today (Farewell Pt. 3)

Stockholm progressive metallers Seventh Wonder featuring Kamelot singer Tommy Karevik will release their new album, The Testament, June 10 via Frontiers Records Srl. The Testament is the follow-up to 2018’s Tiara.
The band says in a statement: “The big news is out: Seventh Wonder's new album The Testament will arrive on the 10th of June on Frontiers Records! Check out the incredible album cover, done by Giannis Nakos from Remedy Art Design!”

Pour le coup les deux derniers titres postés que je viens d'écouter respectent tous les codes mais c'est tout, je ne trouve pas ça foufou... C'est à peine mieux que du Dream Theater.
