Dommage.
After the release of Metal Blade debut "Hated" in 2011 and a good number of European tours, Swedish punk 'n metal outfit Sister will finally release a brand new single this coming October 25th, right in time for the band's European run with Wednesday 13.
"Sick" is the first single from the upcoming new album, which is scheduled for release in early 2014 and will be available digitally and also on 7” vinyl in different colors. Besides the brand new title track on side A, the B-side features the Roky Erickson cover "Two Headed Dog."
Comments Sister: “This is the first single of our second album which will be released on Metal Blade in 2014. Sick really sums up where Sister are at the moment, with a heavier sound than ever this single comes bursting with energy and raw power!”

Prochains concerts: Pyrenean Warriors Opean Air / Rising Fest / Iron Maiden 2021? (Goteborg-Paris-Zurich-Stuttgart-Barcelone)
Swedish sleaze/punk-influenced metal outfit SISTER will release its new album, "Stand Up, Forward, March!", on November 25 via Metal Blade. The LP was recorded in Upplands Vaasby, Sweden by SISTER and producer Jona Tee of H.E.A.T., mixed by Tobias Lindell (AVATAR, CRASHDÏET, MUSTASCH, EUROPE, HARDCORE SUPERSTAR) and mastered by Christian Schneider at Scandinavian Mastering.
The song "Unbeliever" can be streamed below.
SISTER comments: "The second single, 'Unbeliever', was written by Cari Crow, Tim Tweak and producer Jona Tee. 'Unbeliever' really is an 'in-your-face' kinda song which we felt that the album really needed. Raw vocals, killer melodies and a great drive all through the song!"
"Stand Up, Forward, March!" track listing:
01. Destination Dust
02. Carved In Stone
03. Lost In Line
04. Trail Of Destruction
05. Carry On
06. Unbeliever
07. Let It Bleed
08. Liberation Song
09. Dead Man's Dirt
10. Endangered Species
11. Piece Of Shame
SISTER's Cari Crow comments: "Our intention with this release was not only to record an album, but the best album so far. The SISTER vibe with the aggressive music and raw sound is all there together with a bigger sound and choruses that will blow you away.
"This is by far the best SISTER album so far and there is no doubt that this one will take the band to new heights!
"The first single, 'Carved In Stone', was written by Tim Tweak and Cari Crow, together with producer Jona Tee. This was one of the last songs that were written for the album but we all understood right away that this might be the leading track."
Sister will release their new full-length album, The Way We Fall, on November 21, 2025 via Icons Creating Evil Art.
Swedish metal band Sister has released “Blood Sacrifice” – the second single and video from their upcoming album The Way We Fall, showcasing a heavier and darker side of the band. This horror infused banger goes in for the kill from start to finish.
Sister had this to say about “Blood Sacrifice”: “This song and its message is more relevant than ever with people that are dying in the streets and out in the fields. ‘Blood Sacrifice’ is about the fall of civilizations, how history constantly repeats itself, corrupt leaders and the worst creeps of humanity that walk among us. The question is, who will pay the price?”
