Gandalf : Je t'envoie la set list !
Sinon voici les notes de prestations qu'à attribué un fan :
I was pretty chuffed to get in time for Shadows Fall, they were really good, sound was pretty much spot on for them, they played 5 songs roughly I know 3 of them were 'Threads Of Life', 'Light That Binds' and 'Redemption'. I guess if they had a longer set they would have played 'Another Hero Lost', but they were real good all the same
4/5.
Arch Enemy were good. It was the first time of seeing them and its actually amazing to see how small Angela Gossow is. Especially considering the size of those lungs! They were good, but not phenomenal. The sound wasn't 100%, sometimes I couldn't really hear Angela, but all the same the guitars were 100% crystal clear
3/5 - solid job.
Dragonforce were well...boring. That's the 3rd time I've seen them in the last 17 months and I don't think they've released anything new since the first time I saw them. Sound wasn't good at all. All I could hear was the drummer and the odd synthesizer riff. Herman and Sam were non-existent pretty much. Shame really, because at Download 07 they were better.
2/5.
Trivium had to pick up from where Dragonforce left off and it wasn't too difficult. Trivium are superb live, the set list was wicked, although I was suprised they started off with 'To The Rats'. Wicked to hear 'Pillars Of Serpents' and 'Fugue' although no one in the crowd really knew those songs . Trivium are here to stay, despite some idiot telling me in the toilets after Trivium finished how rubbish they were. I didn't say anything cos I didn't want to break any toilet etiquette...
4/5
And Machinehead...
Unbelievable. They were awesome at Download but this performance topped it easily. Their sound was so immaculate, the delivery top notch. Although Robb was in clear agony cos he fractured a rib and had multiple spasms during the set, they still ploughed through and were phenomenal.
Great to hear 'DTSON' live, although if I could criticise ANYTHING, it would have to be the lack of mixing the set up from when they were last on these shores. But hopefully when they next tour over here they will have an hour and 45 or something like that. But yeah, absolutely phenomenal -
5/5.
