As posted previously we anticipated the return of Jason Pilgrim on vocals. However, he never showed up for his first practice back and couldn't be reached after. We spoke with his brother who felt we should move on and he didn't think he would ever be serious enough to return. We left a message with Jason for the next practice date and let him know if he didn't make it we would assume he changed his mind and move on. Well he didn't show or call. Most of what's kept us postponing a new album has been his indecision and our willingness to wait for him to return. Now it's time to move on. As much as we would have liked him to return, we feel things are for the best this way and now we can accomplish what we've wanted to for the last 4 years.
On that note, it's my pleasure to announce Scott Leger as our new vocalist. Scott has been in some other Nola bands(Shrum, D.I.E) and is no stranger to extreme vocals. For the last four months he's auditioned and shown us his talent and dedication. We feel you will be pleased with him as Jason's predecessor and look forward to moving the band forward with him.
