Je le trouve vraiment interessant ce titre .
Un peu moderne, mais pourtant même s'il ne reste qu'Axel du groupe original .... la patte Guns est bien là !!!
Si tout est dans cette veine ... j'adhere!

C'est assez bizarre ce titre tout en sonnant GnR ouais, je sais pas trop quoi en penser...

Produced by Axl Rose and Caram Costanzo, the album, which will be released on Black Frog/Geffen Records, includes 14 tracks. "Shackler's Revenge" debuted September 14 through the Rock Band 2 videogame and "If The World" can be heard in the film "Body Of Lies", which premiered on October 11.

"Chinese Democracy" is being released in three formats: CD, Vinyl LP (with a free digital download of the tracks), and as a digital album. Pre-orders at http://www.BestBuy.com/chinesedemocracy begin today.

According to Billboard.com, sources who have heard the album say that it opens with a "blood-curdling Axl Rose scream."

L'entrée du riff après l'intro me fait beaucoup penser à "Owner of a Lonely Heart" de Yes.
Sinon, mouais, je trouve ça quand même bien moyen pour ma part.

C'est un truc de ouf qu'il sorte cet album! Quelque part c'est dommage, ça casse un mythe, ça brise LA blague récurrente de LEMETAL

But according to GNR's current manager, Azoff's Andy Gould, you can't rush the magic of rock. "Art and commerce have always made strange bedfellows," Gould tells EW.com. "When they asked Michelangelo to paint the Sistine Chapel, they didn't say, 'Can you do it in the fourth quarter?' so they can make their numbers. Great art sometimes takes time ."

J'ai ecoute le morceau entier en streaming et, beuuuh, j'aime pas du tout.

On y retrouve quelque chose des Guns, c'est vrai, juste assez pour me faire regretter que ca ne soit pas meilleur.

Et c'est marrant, j'imaginais que si Axl avait pris tout ce temps, ce serait pour finalement sortir quelque chose de tres special. Pas un truc qui me plairait forcement, d'ailleurs, mais qui partirait au moins sur un terrain couillu. Avec de la personnalite. Bon, la, sur ce morceau, c'est tout plat et banal-moderne (avec juste la voix pour faire penser aux Guns).

Je vais de toute façon ecouter l'album parce que je ne veux pas juger sur un seul titre, mais pour l'instant le seul truc bon que je vois a ce morceau-la, c'est que le riff principal me donne diablement envie d'ecouter Rock you like a hurricane. : p

Il a plutôt intérêt à ce que le nouveau G'N'R soit à la hauteur de la comparaison avec Michelange sinon ça va chier

L'internaute qui a mis en ligne les démos de Chinese Democracy plaide coupable :

David Kravets of Wired.com reports that the Los Angeles man arrested on accusations that he uploaded nine pre-released GUNS N' ROSES songs from the upcoming "Chinese Democracy" album has agreed to plead guilty to one federal count of copyright infringement as part of a deal, authorities said Monday.

"Yes. There is a plea deal," (PDF file) Los Angeles federal prosecutor Craig Missakian told Wired.com.

Kevin Cogill, who the FBI said confessed to uploading the nine songs last summer to his music site, Antiquiet, is scheduled to enter a plea December 8. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cogill, a 27-year-old blogger known as "Skewrl", was arrested on August 27. He was charged under a three-year-old federal anti-piracy law that makes it a felony to distribute a copyrighted work on computer networks before its release.

Ex-GUNS N' ROSES and current VELVET REVOLVER lead guitarist Slash slammed Cogill in a recent interview, telling the Los Angeles Times, "I hope he rots in jail. It's going to affect the sales of the record, and it's not fair. The Internet is what it is, and you have to deal with it accordingly, but I think if someone goes and steals something, it's theft."

Assistant U.S. attorney Craig Missakian, who pursued the case with the FBI and recording industry, said, "In the past, these may have been viewed as victimless crimes. But in reality, there's significant damage."

Cogill posted the songs at the Antiquiet web site, where they were available for public access. The site crashed from the amount of traffic it received once word of the leaked tracks got out. Cogill took them down again after he was contacted by representatives of GUNS N' ROSES.

The tracks were allegedly taken from the band's yet-to-be-released "Chinese Democracy" album. Cogill, who used to work in distribution for the group's record label, says he received them from an anonymous source.

GUNS N' ROSES issued a statement saying, "Though we don't support this guy's actions at that level, our interest is in the original source. We can't comment publicly at this time as the investigation is ongoing."

Bah...j'ai envie de dire OUI : qu'ils reportent la sortie de l'album, pour que j'ai le temps de me préparer, au sujet de mon mariage. On commençait à avoir l'habitude, d'une annnonce qui disait que l'album était prévue pour encore Longtemps ...

Moi, tout ce qui m'intéresse, c'est la cannette de Dr Pepper offerte le jour de la sortie mais il faut être américain pour l'avoir !!

Dr Pepper aurait fortement encouragé Axl Rose à sortir enfin son chef-d'œuvre "Chinese Democracy", en 2008. "Dans un mouvement de solidarité sans précédent avec Axl, tout le monde aux Etats-Unis, sauf les anciens guitaristes Slash et Buckethead, recevra une canette gratuite de Dr Pepper si l'album sort avant la fin de l’année", souligne l'entreprise, dont la marque est basée au Texas.
