Nouvel album pour fin mai

German death metal and hardcore fusionists HEAVEN SHALL BURN will
release their new album, "Invictus", via Century Media Records on the
following dates:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland: Friday, May 21
Spain, Italy : Tuesday, May 25
Sweden, Finland, Hungary: Wednesday, May 26
Rest Of Europe: Monday, May 24
North America: Tuesday, June 8

The CD was recorded at Tue Madsen's Antfarm Studio in Aarhus, Denmark
with the band's the two guitarists, Maik Weichert and Alexander Dietz,
handling production duties.

According to a press release, "Invictus" "is the third part of the
'Iconoclast' story after 'Iconoclast' and [HEAVEN SHALL BURN's] DVD
'Bildersturm'. Again stories about unconventional heroes are being told,
a different light is cast upon well known idols and legends."

HEAVEN SHALL BURN's first official DVD/live release, "Bildersturm –
Iconoclast II (The Visual Resistance)", entered the German DVD chart at
No. 3 (behind IRON MAIDEN and ERIC CLAPTON) and the Austrian DVD chart
at No. 9 as well as the official German album chart at No. 54.

Commented Maik Weichert (guitar): "Top Ten! This is insane! It is a dream come true and we thank everybody who had something to do with it! Everything will be awesome! However, when the police stopped my car yesterday they were still quite unpleasant to deal with, so I am assuming they hadn’t heard the news yet…"

Je connaissais pas, je viens d'écouter l'album et wow ça dépote !

Je les ai toujours trouvés très bons. C'est le seul groupe assimilé metalcore dont je pourrais presque dire que je suis fan. Le chanteur a vraiment une voix terrible, et ils ont l'art de pondre des riffs en béton armé et des compos ultra-efficaces

Il faut que je me procure ce nouvel album la semaine prochaine. Mais il y a une dizaine de jours, j'ai trouvé leur DVD en occase à 3€ chez Gibert, donc je me le suis pris, et il y a une de ces ambiances à leurs concerts

A Wacken l'année dernière, je les avais aperçus de loin (j'avais un coup de barre après la boucherie de Testament sous la grosse chaleur), mais il avait l'air d'y avoir une ambiance terrible avec des circle pits a gogo! J'aimerais bien les voir un concert entier, ça doit le faire grave.
