"Hisingen Blues", the new video from the Gothenburg, Sweden-based psychedelic doom rock band GRAVEYARD, can be viewed below. The song is the title track of the group's second full-length album, which will be released in Europe on March 25 and in North America on April 19 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was produced, recorded, and mixed in 100 percent analog by Don Alsterberg (JOSÉ GONZALES, JUNIP, SOUNDTRACK OF OUR LIVES, THE INTERNATIONAL NOISE CONSPIRACY) at Don Pierre Studios in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The band shares details about the album artist, Ulf Lundén: "We wanted a cover that wasn't your average rock/metal cover, and our friend Ulf Lundén was just the right guy to do it. We had seen his work for his own band, BOMBUS, and we knew he had a wild imagination. So we just let him loose. He put us up against the green screen, took his photos and that was that. A couple of weeks later, he showed us what he had done. We were astonished by his work, a perfectionist indeed. We got what we asked for, a cover that isn't average. Rich with details, swamp/jungle feeling, weirdness and a lurking evil feel to it."
A limited-edition seven-inch picture disc of the title track, "Hisingen Blues", backed with the exclusive vinyl track "Granny And Davis" and featuring different artwork was released through Nuclear Blast Germany's mail-order on February 25 and will be made available via Nuclear Blast USA's webstore on March 15. This release is limited to 500 copies worldwide.

le 1er album était déjà excellent; avec les moyens offerts par Nuclear Blast, celui-ci devrait bien cartonner

je ne crée pas un autre topic dans la section live, si c'est pour se perdre entre Maiden et Manowar , c'est mieux ici

Le premier album est réédité :

Swedish rockers GRAVEYARD have posted a new song from the upcoming reissue of their self-titled classic debut album. Surf to this location to check out 'Evil Ways'.

Furthermore, the renewed artwork of the album has been released (see above). Graveyard will be released on August 19th via Nuclear Blast Records and will be available as digital download, CD and two different vinyl editions.

J'ai jeter une oreille sur leur premier album : sympathique mais casse pas des briques à mon sens.
Par contre "Hisingen Blues", ça c'est

Je l'ai fais écouter à pas mal de potes, tout le monde a bien accroché !

Encore un groupe que j'ai raté en live parce que je le découvre trop tard

en fait, après bonne écoute, je trouve ce groupe quand même un bon gros cran en dessous de WITCHCRAFT. Mais c'est pas nul, loin de là.

Gothenburg, Sweden-based psychedelic doom rock band GRAVEYARD has released its own beer, Hisingen Brew. According to the group, it is "made from special Cascade-hops that makes it taste even better lukewarm for your festival nights."
