"Lux Mundi" (which translates as "Light of the World"), the new album from Swiss industrial black metallers SAMAEL, will be released April 29 in Europe and May 3 in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD features cover artwork by SLUDGE drummer Patrick Pidoux, who previously worked with SAMAEL on 2007's "Solar Soul" and 2009's "Above".

de toute façon, tu achètes les CD comme tu veux, tu as bien acheté les Pig destroyer et amorphis alors que normalement c est a moi de les acheter. En gros, tu te fous complètement de notre accord!
J'ai acheté le dernier Amorphis parce que je ne me souvenais pas que tu l'avais. Pour les Pig Destroyer bah ouais peut-être !
En tout cas le Samael je te le laisse !
ça fait 10 ans qu'ils nous servent la même soupe...avec plus ou moins de réussite. L'album ne sera pas mauvais j'en suis sûr mais...le fait est qu'ils sont malheureusement incapables de se renouveler...
Le bassiste quitte le groupe, sa profession de régisseur lumière lui prenant beaucoup de temps :
Veteran Swiss metallers SAMAEL have parted ways with bassist Christophe "Mas" Mermod and have replaced him with Thomas "Drop" Betrisey (ex-SYBREED).
Says SAMAEL in a statement: "The ever-growing success of Mas' lightshow company and his numerous jobs as light engineer has led to the hard decision to take different paths.
"We're excited to announce the recruiting of Drop as our new bass player.
"Drop has already played a few shows with SAMAEL as a fill-out musician last year and now we're happy to welcome him as a permanent member of the band.
"Over the past decade, Mas has been responsible for the light show of numerous bands, including CARCASS, ARCH ENEMY, AMON AMARTH, DIMMU BORGIR, IN FLAMES…
