Ils ont recruté l'actuel batteur d'Almah et le nouvel album sortira cet été :

Tampa Bay-Florida-based rock/metal band, Circle II Circle, is proud to present their new drummer, Marcelo Moreira (Almah).

Says the band: “You’ve been waiting for it. We've been teasing you with hints for months. And now we could not be more excited to let you in on the secret. Our new drummer is none other than the Brazilian basher, Marcelo Moreira.”

Marcelo began studying the drums at the age of nine. He has devoted his life to music, developing his metal style with influence from Latin and African rhythms and playing with many bands and solo artists in Brazil and around the world. Marcelo brings his particular brand of percussive Brazilian fire to Circle II Circle in perfect synchronicity with their new, more aggressive metal sound on their upcoming seventh studio release this summer on earMUSIC/Edel Records.

Ils l'ont déjà fait l'année dernière après la tournée Edge of thorns, qui suivait la tournée Wake of Magellan.

earMUSIC/Edel and Zak Stevens have enjoyed critical acclaim and commercial success together over the years with Savatage albums like “Edge Of Thorns”, “The Wake of Magellan” and “Dead Winter Dead” (true milestones of hard rock and metal and some of the biggest charts metal successes in the 90s) and Circle II Circle albums such as “Seasons Will Fall” alike.

Qu'est-ce que je me suis ennuyé à écouter ces 2 titres, avec ces guitares sans âme... une bonne de raison de plus pour Zak de pousser à la reformation permanente de Savatage.
