Le guitariste Roope Latvala est parti...mais le groupe assure que ça ne changera rien concernant ses plans puisqu'ils ont déjà enregistré le nouvel album à 4.

Il est remplacé par le frère du claviériste :

Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM have recruited Antti Wirman (pictured), the brother of the band's keyboardist Janne Wirman, to handle second-guitar duties for their upcoming shows.

Antti, who has been a member of Janne's band WARMEN since 2001, made his live debut with CHILDREN OF BODOM last night (Saturday, May 30) when the group played a surprise six-song set at Nosturi in Helsinki, Finland.

CHILDREN OF BODOM's first official concert with Antti will take place on Thursday, June 4 at the Sweden Rock Festival in Sölvesborg, Sweden.

CHILDREN OF BODOM (aka COB) are set to release their ninth studio album, I Worship Chaos, worldwide on October 2, 2015 via Nuclear Blast Records. The artwork was created by Finnish artist Tuomas Korpi (http://tuomaskorpi.com/) which is attached below.

COB frontman, guitarist, and mastermind Alexi Laiho commented on the new album: “We are close to putting the finishing touches on the new COB record I Worship Chaos and as much fun (but most importantly raw, literally bloody knuckled hard work) it has been making it, I’m more than happy and even more anxious to share this chaos with the rest of the world. So people, put your shades and helmets on, it will get very dark and it might hurt, in a perfect COB fashion of course!”

Returning to Finland’s Danger Johnny Studios (located at a top secret, undisclosed location in Helsinki) to record I Worship Chaos, the album was produced by COB and Mikko Karmila, who worked with the band on their earlier albums Halo Of Blood, Hatebreeder, Follow the Reaper and Hate Crew Deathroll. The album was mixed and mastered at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki, Finland.

COB is set to embark on a momentous worldwide trek in support of I Worship Chaos. Stay tuned for more details.

Hm, suggestion tout à fait sérieuse, je me demande s'il n'est pas sous traitement hormonal. Son corps change comme pour celui des transsexuels (qui constituent une grosse majorité du peu des proches).

Bon sinon ça m'étonne pas pour le frère du claviériste, dans ces pays-là ils sont tous musicos dès la naissance!

Par contre le morceau... intro bien, j'ai eu un espoir quelques instants... mais ça retombe comme un soufflet dès que le chant commence, à peu près aucun intérêt, il est loin le temps du "heavy qui pète avec un chant death".
