Les suédois sortent un nouveau single, "Goliath", avec 4 pochettes différentes :
Swedish rising blues rockers GRAVEYARD have announced various details about the band's upcoming new single release, 'Goliath'.
'Goliath' comes off the band's next album, Lights Out, due October 26th via Nuclear Blast. The single will be released September 21st as digital download and on 7“ vinyl. The release will include a special non-album track, 'Leaving You'.
The 7“ vinyl version will be issued in four different colours, featuring four different cover artworks. See below:
Commented the band: "The lyrics deal with the feeling that everyday life is a constant David vs. Goliath scene. You all know the story and the scene. You look around, get pissed off and want to "stick it to the man". Musically it has many influences. And as usual we've tried to get it both heavy and swinging at the same time. So why don't you just shake your record collecting old ass to the beat of the new tune from your favourite swedish numbskulls?"
After the stunning cover for Hisingen Blues, the entire community is eagerly awaiting the new album's artwork. The band have now released another statement about it: "The cover is something completely different than the last cover. It has a lot to do with the title, Lights Out. Our goal was that both the title and the cover would sum up the feeling of the album. And just to make things clear Lights out is not a reference to either UFO or ENTOMBED. Even though both are excellent bands.“

Sometimes in life you have to make decisions that are neither simple or easy to make. Graveyard have - after a time filled with difficulties and a search for solutions - been forced to make such a decision. Due to personal problems with addiction, it has come to the point where Rikard, to get the proper help, will have to take a break from touring with the band. Rikard is without a doubt still a member of Graveyard, but as things are at the moment it just doesn't work and something has to be done. The other members give Rikard their full support and the time off needed to try to beat this.
How this will affect the band - it is agreed upon by all four members that the show will go on and to do so the band will tour with a stand in bassplayer.
This has been a far from easy decision to make and the timing isn't the best. But Graveyard as a band has it's mind set on being around for a long time to come. And looking at it from that perspective and Rikards personal health this is the only option. This is all the band have got to say about this somewhat personal matter and we'll give the final words to Rikard himself:
"After living the hard life for most of my life. It has come to the point that I have to take a break from playing the music that I love."
Sweden's Graveyard have announced their new bassist, Truls Mörck, who will replace Rikard Edlund from now on.
Commented the band: "A wise women once said: he who hesitates, masturbates. That's why we haven't wasted any time getting ready for the future. Take a look here to see what's going on with the Graveyard.”
R.I.P Ronnie James Dio !
"La culture, c'est comme l'amour. Il faut y aller à petits coups au début pour bien en jouir plus tard."

Commented the band: "Got a new album coming your way in September called 'Innocence & Decadence'. It's gonna be an album filled to the rim with a little bit of this — and for all of those who might wonder or worry, there will be quite a lot of that on it as well.
"We've had a great time recording the album at the 'gemytliga' Atlantis Studios in Stockholm together with Janne Hansson and Johan Lindström. And after kinda being away from our daily routine as a touring band and the thrill of a new album on its way... we wanna leave you with.
"Good to be gone, great to be back and let there be September!"
