NASHVILLE PUSSY, Jack Daniels and Gibson !

With the flood of reunions/reformations, 'Never say never' is a mantra all rockers/metalheads REALLY need to keep in the back of their minds. Founder/guitarist Jack Frost contacted BW&BK with news of pending live dates to celebrate the band's 10th anniversary of releasing their Second War In Heaven debut. "So we are doing a little run with, get this, James Rivera on vocals! Camelot will rise again, ha ha." More news to follow.

To celebrate the band's ten-year anniversary, SEVEN WITCHES has rejoined forces with singer James Rivera (HELSTAR, ex-VICIOUS RUMORS) and is in the process of negotiating a deal for a new studio album. In addition, the group will play a number of shows on East and West Coast in early 2009.
Rivera sang on SEVEN WITCHES' "Passage To The Other Side" (2003) and "Year Of The Witch" (2004) albums.

In response to the confusion caused by the recent announcement that HELSTAR frontman James Rivera has rejoined SEVEN WITCHES for the recording of the band's next studio album and subsequent live shows, SEVEN WITCHES guitarist Jack Frost has released the following statement:
"Alan [Tecchio; who sang on the last two SEVEN WITCHES albums] is still the singer in SEVEN WITCHES and we will do another record together, but for the time being he is taking a leave of absence. 'Deadly Sins' [2007] was our best-selling album to date and I am very proud of what he and I have created. For 2009, Alan has commitments with his band HADES, among other projects. With James back in the fold, we thought it would be really special to include him on the next record. If all goes according to plan, James' schedule with HELSTAR will not interfere with SEVEN WITCHES and vice versa. Also, bassist Kevin Bolembach (who played on 'Amped' and 'Deadly Sins') is still in the family but has moved on to commit more time to his band called INFERNOPHONIC."
The current lineup for SEVEN WITCHES is:
James Rivera (HELSTAR) - Vocals
Mike LePond (SYMPHONY X) - Bass
Jack Frost - Guitar
Taz Marazz - Drums
The band has already finished laying down drums for three songs with producer Joey Vera (ARMORED SAINT, FATES WARNING). The album is pretty much written and when Jack returns from NAMM, he will start recording the basic tracks. James will lay down his vocals when SEVEN WITCHES start rehearsing in February for their upcoming live dates.

Massacre Records has announced June 3rd as the release date for the band's new album, Call Upon The Wicked. The band's line-up features mainman guitarist Jack Frost (ex-SAVATAGE), singer James Rivera (HELSTAR), bassist Mike LePond (SYMPHONY X) and drummer from Taz Marazz.
Joey Vera (ARMORED SAINT, FATES WARNING) handled the mixing.
According to a recent band update, "the songs range from classic JUDAS PRIES to a touch of RAINBOW - there's even an epic with female vocals, a new step in their chapter. The record is a bit of a concept, talking about how women have been the decline of men since the beginning of time."
Call Upon The Wicked tracklisting:
'Fields Of Fire'
'Lilith'
'Call Upon The Wicked'
'Ragnarock'
'End Of Days'
'Mind Games'
'Harlot Of Troy'
'Eyes Of Fame'
'White Room'
'Metal Tyrant' (Bonus Track)
'Metal Asylum' (Bonus Track)
'Jacob' (Bonus Track)

Some of you may be aware through online media that ARMORED SAINT has announced three confirmed shows in the Northeastern US with SEVEN WITCHES as a support band. To avoid any confusion, I would like to make it clear that I will not be performing with Seven Witches. In fact, I have chosen to no longer be apart of this band due to circumstances beyond my control. I tried my best to get things going in the right direction for Seven Witches, although the powers that be did not see it the same way and have decided to go out and represent the new SW record with a whole different lineup again already.
I'm more than positive the long anticipated return of Armored Saint will be well worth the wait. As for the fans who have been looking forward to the Seven Witches lineup with me back in the picture, my deepest apologies go out to you.
SEVEN WITCHES have announced the following touring lineup for the upcoming ARMORED SAINT US East Coast 2011 tour:
Alan Tecchio (HADES, NON FICTION, AUTUMN HOUR) - vocals
Paul Marciano (DIE HARD TILL DEATH, ex-BELLADONNA) - drums
Mike Lepond (SYMPHONY X) - bass
Jack Frost (BRONX CASKET CO., EX-SAVATAGE, LIZZY BORDEN, Belladonna) - guitar
I'm the lost one chasing colors to the sun
Colors bleed but never fade
2013 will be an absolute rebirth for SEVEN WITCHES, with a new lineup and a fresh, new energy, featuring in-your-face, driving, crushing riffs with gritty melodic vocals.
Alan Tecchio recently stepped down as the Seven Witches lead vocalist, feeling that he could not be fully committed to the project. The band's new CD will, however, feature Alan singing his version of one of the new cuts (same music, different lyrics and melodies).
Seven Witches respect Alan's decision as a longtime band member and friend and ask that fans support Tecchio in all his future endeavors.
Stepping in as lead vocalist is Anthony Cross (aka Anthony Regalbuto) who is said to have "a completely different approach to the Seven Witches brand."
After over 20 different vocalist submissions, Cross was chosen to bring a different dimension to the already well-known Witcheds sound. In recent years, he spent time singing for bands like LIVESAY, SHADOW IMAGE, FISCHEL'S BEAST, ATTACKER, and most recently, the IRON MAIDEN tribute act SANCTUARY. Rounding out the new lineup is the rhythm team of Ronnie Parkes (SLIPPERY WHEN WET, FARCRY) on bass and Johnny Kelly (TYPE O NEGATIVE, DANZIG, SEVENTH VOID, A PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH) on drums.
Seven Witches states: "Our goal is to bring you something unpredictable that you can sink your teeth into and walk away feeling 'till the next morning."
The Rebirth will be Seven Witches' first full-length worldwide release for Entertainment One's FrostByte Media imprint and can be expected to hit the streets in early 2013. The CD was recorded at Canyon Music in Toms River, New Jersey and is currently being mixed at Sonorous studio in Hamilton, Ontario.

Led by guitarist Jack Frost (SAVATAGE, BELLADONNA, THE BRONX CASKET CO., METALIUM, SPEEED), SEVEN WITCHES has been one of America's best classic '80s-inspired metal bands — specializing in American traditional power metal, reminiscent of bands such as HELSTAR, MANOWAR and METAL CHURCH. And on September 18, the group will issue its latest album, "The Way Of The Wicked", via the ILS Group. Mixed and mastered by Joey Vera of ARMORED SAINT and FATES WARNING, the CD has been preceded by a video for the album track "Better Days", which can be seen below.
Comprised of Frost, Anthony Cross (LIVESAY, SHADOW IMAGE, FISCHEL'S BEAST, ATTACKER) on vocals, Ronnie Parkes (FARCRY, CLEAVAGE, TANGO DOWN, REECE, BONFIRE) on bass, and Johnny Kelly (TYPE O NEGATIVE, DANZIG, PALE HORSE NAMED DEATH, SEVENTH VOID, KILL DEVIL HILL) on drums, SEVEN WITCHES certainly possesses one of the most impressive pedigrees of any metal band past or present. Metal-Archives.com praised the group's earlier album, "Call Upon The Wicked", by saying, "This is a must-own in all facets, and if the true meaning of power metal is ever in question during your moments of introspection this will shut tight any doors leading you astray, that I can guarantee."
Said Frost: " so pumped on our new release. I'm so proud of the way the guys just killed it on this album. Our first single and video is a fresh start for us. A true classic heavy rock feel with the rhythm section of the '70s and a throaty vocal feel. Hope you all like this. I'm so happy with our new vibe."
"The Way Of The Wicked" track listing:
01. The Way Of The Wicked
02. Better Days
03. Among Us
04. Soul Searching
05. Dreams
06. Without Man
07. When I Flew
08. Angel Of Salvation
09. Rise Up

Mouais... j'aimais plutôt bien avant du temps d'Exile To infinity and one.
