Reunited Swedish hard rockers EUROPE have finished mixing their live DVD featuring the group's November 15, 2004 concert at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, England. "Right now we are finalizing everything with the different companies involved," the band write on their web site. More information will be made available soon.
EUROPE's "Start from the Dark" album (available in the U.S. via Friday Music, Inc.) was the group's first collection of new material since 1991's "Prisoners In Paradise". "Start from the Dark" was produced by Kevin Elson, who had previously worked with EUROPE on their multi-platinum 1986 release, "Final Countdown". The band are expected to enter the studio next year to begin work on the follow-up release, tentatively due before the end of 2006.

Dommage j'aurai préféré Seven doors hotel en entier (07. Animal Crossing / Seven Doors Hotel ) mais bon, je suis preneur en souvenir du show de Colmar 
en 2004 .

Avec le DVD de WITHIN TEMPTATION et celui de RAMMSTEIN, à sortir aussi en novembre, ça fait trois fuckin' DVD dans lesquels investir en novembre ! La CB va fumer !

je vais encore être une incomprise dans mon entourage 
quand j'ai trouve le premier avec tous les clips, les premiers live avec john norum c'etait terrible ca m'a fait retourner qq annees en arriere 
haaaaaaaaa joey en collant rouge avec son petit gloss...

Europe c'est sur c'est pas du heavy speed mais juste du bon Hard Rock "traditionnel, et le line up original assure bien en Live 20 ans après leur formation 
.
Tout d'abord, belle présentation du DVD qui en propose 2 (1 bonus + le concert) .
Déception quant au grain de l'image qui fait penser à une VHS usagée
. Par contre bon point pour le son, qui est , quand même le principal , on a le choix en stéréo, en 5:1 dolby, ou DTS .
Le concert se déroule à l'hammermith theatre (annexe de l'Odéon )avec un balcon, genre 4 à 5000 fans .
La prestation du groupe monte en puissance au fil du concert et le public conquit participe vraiment bien, notamment sur "Carrie" .
A noter l'excellente prestation de Norum !
Pour le bonus, le clip de 'start from the dark' très moyen, une interview de Norum et du bassiste ds un taxi moyen sinon la partie backstage avec montage de la scène, échauffements, dédicaces du groupes aux fans, etc sympa......... ;
En conclusion , à conseiller aux fans du Hard traditionnel
