On va bientôt frôler l'indigestion, à force d'avoir un nouveau Marduk tous les six mois


Swedish black metallers MARDUK have posted the following message on their official web site:

"To celebrate 15 year of Blood and Iron, MARDUK will unleash upon mankind a live album recorded in Warsaw/Poland on the recent Deathmarch tour. The album features 17 songs and will be a limited edition CD of 10,000 copies worldwide. Also to be able as a strictly limited edition of 500 copies on double LP. Release date will be presented soon. "Those shows that were cancelled on the last tour will be rescheduled in February together with some additional dates. The dates will be posted very soon."

MARDUK were forced to cancel their European tour earlier in the year after drummer Emil Dragutinovic's arm was broken in a fight back in February. The band recently put the finishing touches on the videos for the songs "Throne of Rats" and "The Hangman of Prague".

MARDUK's ninth full-length album, "Plague Angel", was released in the U.S. in March. The album came out in Europe last November via Blooddawn/Regain Records.

Je veux pas me la jouer "true", mais l'indigestion pour moi y a un bail qu'elle a eu lieu ! Du coup, tout ce qui est sorti après "Nightwing" je n'ai pas gouté ou très peu, juste pour voir le goût que ça avait, et depuis je digère vachement mieux !

100% d'accord avec Norde : LE live de Marduk, c'est Live In Germania. Et franchement, après Nightwing, je trouve que Marduk n'a rien sorti de bon, alors que tout ce qui précède cet album est vraiment excellent!!!

Le stakhanovisme continue: bientôt un nouveau DVD


Swedish black metallers MARDUK have posted the following message on their official web site:

"MARDUK are now putting the final touches on the layout for the upcoming DVD and are also finished the mixing of it. The title has been set for 'Blood Puke Salvation'. The DVD will contain over one and a half hour of live material filmed in Tilburg, Holland and Antwerpen, Belgium during December 2004. What so far also have been confirmed is that the promo videos for 'Throne Of Rats', 'Steel Inferno' and 'The Hangman Of Prague' will also be included as well as a tremendous photo gallery, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews and a section entitled 'Deathmarch' with exclusive hand-filmed live material from over 20 cities from the 'Deathmarch' tour. Release date is still to be set, but it will most likely be out by the end of May. Apart from that we can also mention that Morgan [Håkansson, guitar] and Mortuus [vocals] are currently demoing new material for the next full-length album."

MARDUK recently issued a live album, entitled "Warschau". Limited to 10,000 copies on CD worldwide, the album was also scheduled to be released as a limited-edition double LP and double picture disc (each limited to 500 copies).
