Pour ceux qui se souveinnent de ce groupes de thrash suédois (Fangface et le Gasp aiment bien, je crois), un nouvel album est prévu pour bientôt après quatre ans d'absence

Swedish death/thrashers RAISE HELL will release their fourth album,
"City of the Damned", on May 19 via Black Lodge Records. The CD was
recorded at Sheepvalley Productions in Stockholm and will be available
in both standard jewel case and digipack formats.

In other news, RAISE HELL will release a new 7" single, "To the
Gallows", on March 31. A release party fpr the single, which also
features the track "Open Your Mind", will be held on March 31 at Club
Rocks in Stockholm, Sweden.

RAISE HELL's third album, "Wicked Is My Game", was released in 2002
through Nuclear Blast Records.

Très sympa ce groupe qui est passé du black metal (premier album) à un thrash bien couillu (les albums suivants). Je ne savais même pas qu'il existait encore ce groupe, à vrai dire. Sont quand même forts ces jeunots (ils ont quel âge maintenant ?)

Ils doivent avoir plus de 20 ans de moyenne d'âge maintenant, vu que ça fait quatre ans qu'ils n'ont plus fait d'album

Je ne connais que les deux premiers. Holy Target m'avait bien plu et recèle de putain de riffs même si c'est pas original et bien inspiré de Dissection

. Par contre, j'ai trouvé le suivant mou des rotules et chiantissime. Je crois d'ailleurs n'avoir jamais réussi à l'écouter jusqu'à la fin

Swedish thrashers RAISE HELL are back with a new new lineup and a highly anticipated comeback album. Due on August 21 via Black Lodge Records, "Written In Blood" is described in a press release as "an awesome mix of thrashing, screaming vocals with ripping guitar riffs and pounding drums as heard in 'Dr. Death', 'Six Feet Under' and 'We Arise'. This, combined with the heavier, more melodic songs 'A Blackened Resurrection', 'The Bell Of The Reaper' and 'In Cold Blood', gives the album another dimension.
